We were at the hotel from August 10 to August 21. For 12 days, they never dusted the room, did not vacuum it, did not wash the sink and toilet, complained to the reception, but the maid still did not clean the room. Bed linen was changed twice in 12 days. The balcony is littered with birds and the room stinks of urine. Regarding the balcony - it is one for 2 rooms in common. If the neighbors go to the balcony, they see everything that happens in the room. There is no bath or shower in the bathroom, the water flows directly to the floor and does not have time to drain, you wash in this swamp. 3 tiny sachets of shampoo and 3 tiny sachets of soap were given only upon arrival, they didn’t give any more, although they ran out right away. The food is terrible. Breakfast for 12 days did not change even once. The food is disgusting, very tasteless. Some eggs and terrible sausages. Disgusting sausages, meat, mayonnaise salads. Soki is a divorced UPI. There is no hot water in the cooler, it is not possible to brew tea in a bag with such cold water. Broken dishes. The sea is close, very very clean. Cross the river on a ferry. Very good, polite ferryman. The beach is sandy and clean. There is a rescue post. There are a lot of trash cans on the beach, one paid toilet. More about the hotel. There is no animation. There are broken toys in the children's room and it is constantly closed. There is a tennis table, but no rackets or balls. The toilet on the first floor is cleaned just awful. Cleaning in this hotel is a big problem. Regarding the front desk staff. very polite and smiling. In general, the rest is not bad due to the magnificent sea. But the price of two thousand euros (2 adults plus a child) for such a holiday is clearly too high.
