After our arrival, the girl at the reception immediately took the toilet for a marafet, not paying attention to the fact that we were on the way. I didn't even get warm water, let alone coffee. On our claims, they offered to go for a walk. Check-in is not earlier than 14:00, but this is the norm.

Some of the apartments in the building have been sold and some are rented out. If you expect to get a studio with a sea view - forget it. As they explained to me, all their studios do not even have a balcony. If you take apartments, some of them also without a balcony. The interior is made cheaply, things are broken and fall off. There is no microwave, the double bed is two small ones together.

The remote control from the air conditioner did not work for us and the TV set immediately burned down, probably Chinese - Neo. After several trips to them, they changed them to the same ones, which immediately broke down.
As they explained, the warranty period had expired there. We have a room under the terrace without a balcony, sunshine. You can’t turn on the air conditioner without a remote control, and without it it’s hot, it’s hard to breathe. Only after my complaint to the travel agency, they immediately changed them to workers, although earlier they told me that they didn’t care about complaints (write - it works). Also, the Internet was lost 2 times for 2 and 4 days.

When I was waiting for a transfer from the hotel at the reception, they attacked us with claims, why did I write a complaint against them. It is unrealistic to explain to them what they are wrong about, they do not want to listen and twist everything. The guy from the reception called me a scammer, said that I specifically complained and drove us from the hotel to wait for a transfer on the street.
