Hello!
I want to leave my negative review about the Apartments at the Palace De Luxe Apartments (Bulgaria, Pomorie). The apartments were selected and booked through the Booking website. com. Reviews about the hotel on the website are only positive. Therefore, I made the confident decision to book a stay of 30 full days.
I went on vacation with two children, one of whom is 0.7 months old.
The apartments were chosen on the first floor, because we had a baby stroller with us. There is no elevator in this building, which was indicated on the website.
Gentlemen, the apartments do not at all correspond to the presented photos on the Booking website. com!

We arrived late in the evening. The owner of the apartment gave out only one key and immediately offered not to settle on the 1st floor, because the windows in the rooms are the size of a basement. This information is not available on the website. There are wonderful photographs. In fact, the 1st floor is a non-residential, basement building.
We were insistently asked to move to the 2nd floor. No lift. Do not leave the stroller on the 1st floor, because the house is completely rented out and no one is responsible for the property.
The apartment, which looks bright, spacious and modern in the photo, turned out to be old, dirty and with a musty smell. The floor was dirty upon arrival.
The kitchen set is nestled in a narrow corridor between the balcony and the living room. All the cabinets smelled of dampness. The furniture is tired and shabby.
The dishes are so worn out that it was very unpleasant to take them in hand.
Faucets in the bathroom are old, the paint is peeling off the doors. Water flows from the bathroom into the bedroom. Killed insects were smeared on the walls.
Upon arrival, there was no toilet paper in the room, basic hygiene products: no soap, no gel. There was also no cleaning and washing facilities in the kitchen.
WiFi caught only in the living room, constantly disappearing.
Really close to the sea. But this is not a beach.
This is a stone embankment with a ladder for diving.
I was not provided with a baby cot and high chair. Mothers will understand me that it is very difficult to live without these basic amenities, with a baby.
After submitting claims on my part about the discrepancy between the room and the one declared on the website, the Owner was offered to move to another hotel with an additional charge of 30% more. I refused. And within an hour, the full cost of living was deducted from my bank card, which amounted to 8.000 rubles.
Moreover, the owner of the hotel did not answer my phone number. It became possible to find the Hotel Owners only through legal entities. the person specified in the SMS notification about the withdrawal of funds.
On the third day of our stay, when we were not in the room, all bed linen was removed, our food was removed from the refrigerator. So we were evicted from the room.
Booking staff. com did not respond to a request for help in this situation. Email

The request also received no response. Only on the phone I was kindly told to sort it out on my own.
As it turned out in fact, Booking. com is always on the side of the Landlord. But I found out when I filed a lawsuit.
Be careful when choosing a hotel, have a good rest!
