3. Payment for meals only in cash. The nearest ATM is 10 minutes walk.
4. There is no water all day since morning. The room is unsanitary. We have small children, and without water we can’t wash the child, wash the dishes, or hands... At the reception, they smile sweetly, but they can’t help. At first they lied that there was no water in the whole city. Then they admitted that they have water on the 1st floor. They run around every hour to fix it. At 23:00 there is still no water.
