In the room, the ceiling was leaking earlier, the furniture is extremely uncomfortable - the bed in the bedroom for 2 is all broken, although new, with sharp corners at the head and at the feet, i. e. everyone had to constantly strain to pass by or lie down and not hit . . The mattress is super soft - the back hurts for 2 weeks specifically, and the pillows, on the contrary, are too hard. The sheet is so narrow that one has only to sit on the bed, she already crawls out, not to mention sleeping - she always woke up in the morning on a bare mattress. At the reception they smiled sweetly 2 times, promised to fix it, I thanked and received. . . the same thing. what you really don’t want to do in principle, and especially on vacation (
Air conditioners are on the balconies; even if you don't want to use your air conditioner, you just can't open the door because 2 kondeya neighbors stand in a meter and noisily spit hot air into your bedroom - super !!!! ! so it’s not possible to breathe the sea air while sitting on the balcony or lying in bed, although we went to a seaside resort...
And the worst part is food.
This is just a product transfer. This is a solid two. Monotonous, tasteless, undercooked, undercooked or overcooked,
for breakfast, 2 types of pasta instead of one simple porridge . . After my speech on the topic of the lack of porridge for breakfast in the presence of 50% of children in the hotel, we cooked porridge. She was tough- buckwheat. We just could not stand it and called the chef. Did you ask her if she tried it? the answer is no, but why? . . We say she is tough, she brings the package and says: "Here it is written in Bulgarian that you need to cook for 10 minutes, and I cook for 10 minutes. " People who cook at home will understand me - 10 minutes for buckwheat is just a waste of the product . . You can write 10 more sheets on this topic....All desserts of the same taste and different colors are golimy chemistry from a cheap supermarket. In high season, tough green tomatoes and huge greenhouse cucumbers. Cabbage, carrots and a bunch of canned food on the vegetable table in August!! ! there were meals when at least one product was tasty, but these are just a few times in 2 weeks.
The staff is lazy and uncommunicative, often during the entire lunch or dinner no one just came up, although a full table of plates with the hope of taking food . .
The only joy is that no one got poisoned and did not gain a single kg! ) Often they came with their pizza for dinner, and not only we . .
Maybe I would not be so indignant, but one factor is that we wanted to buy an apartment without meals, which is quite common in Bulgaria. But they sell for Russians only with meals, i. e. this disgusting food was imposed on us for a lot of money.
As for the beach - the city beach, filthy, poorly cleaned, on the side near the stones there is just a garbage heap - the beach cleaner regularly dumps garbage there - we went jogging and personally observed this in the morning and evening, not to mention the fact that the local population, which is actively enjoys this tiny beach, because it is located next to the bus stop, very unclean. .
So we walked 10 minutes in the direction of SunSet, it's not so crowded there, a little better with cleaning, although it's still 3 with a "-". And there is simply nowhere to throw cigarette butts - there are no urns anywhere . . so our kids are messing around in this super sand with cigarette butts... Although one sunbed costs 2.5 euros per day. For a family, 10 euros per day is not enough for a dirty beach . .
Honestly, the strongest feeling of all this is DOSAD that they spoiled such a wonderful natural place with their indifferent attitude, nature gave a lot, and saved our mood . .
Look for something better if you want to enjoy the Bulgarian seaside!

We rested at the very beginning of the season from June 8, and on this occasion I was delighted. Few people, quiet and calm, the beach is clean, the staff is polite. I liked absolutely everything! And now everything is in order.
We arrived (me, my 5-year-old daughter and my girlfriend) at 10 am and we were immediately settled. One small nuance: the DBL rooms in the hotel are small, but cozy. For three people it's a bit cramped (when they put a bed for a child), for two it's quite comfortable. Small bathroom, but with a bath, which was nice for the child. I want to draw your attention to the fact that the hotel has rooms without a balcony, and all of them with a sea view.
On this occasion, I saw a couple of scandalous situations when people bought a room with a sea view, paying extra for this purpose, and the room turned out to be without a balcony. They were indignant: why do we need a sea view without a balcony! The hotel administration said that tour operators should warn about this, but not a single tour operator simply knew about it. This is probably due to the fact that the hotel is quite new and there is little information about it. But we had a room with the so-called Park View, but in fact with a view of the city, or rather a rather noisy street. Although those who lived on the 6th floor were pleased with the view (we lived on the 4th). Still, it is better to take rooms with a sea view and be sure to indicate that with a balcony, the view will be amazing! Everything else in the hotel is 5+. Large clean pool in front of the central exit where you can really swim. There is a second pool around the corner of the restaurant. It is smaller, but with a separate children's section, where animators play games with children.
A wonderful lobby bar with beautiful white wicker chairs and tables outside where we spent time late at night. Also on the 1st floor there are shops (entrance from the side of the pool and the street). Shop with all sorts of items for swimming, etc. ; a glassware shop and a wonderful wine shop selling local wines and cognacs at the lowest prices on the coast, we were told that without any extra charge (a bottle of Slynchev Bryag costs 6 leva, which is about 3 euros). The fact is that in Pomorie there is a wine cellar, which is located in the Via Pontika hotel, not far from Festa (go through the Sunset Resort hotel). This hotel, like Festa, belongs to the Festa hotel chain in Bulgaria. Therefore, both hotels use wines from their own wine cellar. I have never seen such decent dry wines in an All Inclusive hotel. Believe me, they are not diluted, they are real aged dry!
I also want to note the wonderful food and the work of the restaurant staff. So far they have one restaurant, but by the season they promised to open a second one - a fish one. They are located in the annexes opposite each other. The restaurant has a terrace right on the beach. The food is so tasty and varied that sometimes we just started to get hysterical when we didn’t know what to choose, and we were not able to try everything. The chef always went out into the hall and observed which dishes were in the greatest demand and which were not. We thanked him every day. Breakfasts were ordinary, as in all hotels, but at lunch and dinner we came off. Always 4 types of meat: beef, pork, veal, chicken + fish. I have never seen soy meat, which was often in the hotel last year (Sunny Beach resort). Amazing variety of vegetable side dishes, national dishes of Bulgarian cuisine and even lasagna (meat or with spinach)!
Add desserts (all sorts of cakes, ice cream and mousses) and fruits (cherries, bananas, apples, oranges) here, and by the end of the holiday we could not fit into our jeans! But they also could not limit themselves in food, everything was too tasty. We met people who vacationed in Elenite last year, so they said that in terms of food, hotels in Elenite are just a dining room, compared to Festa. All the hotel staff were polite and always smiling, the general manager always greeted us and asked how we were relaxing. Maybe someone had conflicts with him, but we are peaceful people and everyone was friends with us. We were even extended until 3 pm and allowed to have lunch when our charter was rescheduled for 6 pm, even though our stay was only paid until 12 pm and without lunch.
I want to express my special gratitude to the team of children's animators: Rally, Tanya and Elli. Everyone absolutely knows Russian and entertained the children in such a way that I practically did not see my daughter.
Rally and Tanya simply lived as children, worked from the heart, often staying with them until 11 pm, although the children's disco ended at 9 pm. When one of the kids left, there were such tearful parting scenes. On the last day, I simply could not tear my daughter away from the Rally. We even wanted to write thanks to the hotel in a special book for visitors, but we were told that they did not have one yet and offered to leave a grateful review on their official website. You can write a lot more, so we liked everything! The sea is close, very shallow, so warm and clean. I was surprised, but on June 8 the water temperature was 23 degrees! We were lucky with the weather, all days it was from +28 to +33! The place is quiet and peaceful for a comfortable stay with the family. Young people in this hotel, of course, have nothing to do. There is no adult animation yet, you have to take a bus to the center of Pomorie with discos, and preferably to Sunny Beach. But for families with children, this is heaven.

New hotel, 5 stars proudly stand in front of the entrance. . . The building is really not bad, but one restaurant that feeds well at lunch and dinner for your money, but breakfast is good for C grade.
