rested in January 2012. The hotel is located far enough from the slopes - the declared 800 m in the description and does not smell, in general, you can’t walk on foot. There is a transfer - a 7-seater minibus according to the schedule - 8-45.10, 11 and in the evening picks up from the mountain at 15.16 and 17 hours.

rested in January 2012. Sometimes there were "zalits" with the transfer - either I was late, or I forgot to come at all. The apartments themselves are good - large, bright, good furniture. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and kitchenware. There is no kettle! There is a shop on the premises. Not a bad SPA - swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi (everything is free).
The Internet is only at the reception and then intermittently. The rooms do not. Disgusting food!! ! at breakfast, the ordered system is always the same - an omelette or 2 donuts with jam or 4 pieces of puff pastry bagel or 2 croutons. Titanium coffee and tea. Coffee doesn't even have milk. We didn’t take dinner - once we ate from them for money - everything was cooked very tasty! Ate in the restaurants of neighboring hotels (Forest Nook and some 2 * I don’t remember). The staff is absolutely not customer oriented! All the time they sit with lean mines and even say hello every other time. When leaving, we advised them to change their attitude towards visiting tourists! For 11 days, the linen was never changed and never cleaned - only the garbage was taken out. It's good that winter - and the dirt from the street was not worn!
As for the Pamporovo resort itself - an ideal place for those who want to learn how to ski - gentle slopes and very cheap equipment rental, price for ski lifts and instructors! There was a lot of snow in January 2012! Food in restaurants is very inexpensive - dinner for a family of 3-4 people is about 20-30 euros with wine, beer or brandy. I recommend staying in the center of the resort - there are still more places where you can go.
