The hotel was picked up by a travel agency. We arrived early, before 8 am. Met the transfer. At the reception they said that the check-in was from 14.00, they offered to leave things and go to another hotel for breakfast, since we had food in another hotel. Upon returning from breakfast, we were already given the keys and offered to settle.

Upon returning from breakfast, we were already given the keys and offered to settle. Nice clean room on the first floor, which in fact is the second. The hotel, as well as the city of Obzor itself, is quiet, neat and very pleasant. On the bedside table next to the TV was a password with Wi-Fi completely free. Extremely friendly staff. Watched TV in the evening. Excellent Bulgarian TV with a maximum of films and a minimum of advertising! In Ukraine, this would be. In general, the most positive impressions remained.

Small hotel. The location is good. Very close to the sea, near the center (shops, cafes, etc. ). I read reviews about it before going. They were mostly positive. My review will be more negative. Nobody prepared the hotel for the summer. Double-glazed windows do not close (mechanisms are broken). And it's not in the same room.

The same with showers: they leak, right into the hallway. After a shower, there is a slight flood. Towel holders hang on parole. A rope is stretched on the balcony for drying clothes. There are no clothespins. The official website of this hotel indicates that the rooms have a bar, a free safe, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. There is no bar as such. There is an empty tiny refrigerator that does not cool anything, even if it is set to maximum. The water becomes slightly cool and nothing more. Food cannot be stored in it. For the safe on the day of arrival they tried to charge us 1 euro per day. After linking to their site, they said that the site is rarely updated, but they did not talk about the money for the safe. For Wi-Fi they demanded a fee of 2 leva per day. After a link to the information on their website, they said that free Wi-Fi is only in the lobby and gave the password. Tourists who were not in the know paid money. The pool is small and in the 14 days of our stay it was only cleaned once a couple of days before our departure. When he was cleaned before that, no one knows. The area around the pool is not cleaned at all. Very dirty. Sunbeds covered with leatherette do not wipe. In dead flies and bird poop. There are no breakfasts: boiled and fried eggs, 1 type of sausage, 1 type of cheese, 1 type of ham (sliced), cereals and balls (breakfast cereals) for dilution with milk. Sausages are always cold and inedible. Baton, butter, jam. From fruits - pieces of watermelon, sometimes - peaches. Tea, coffee (terrible and always cold), milk. The rooms are not cleaned at all, even after a reminder. Just take out the trash. Rooms that face the street are small, even cramped. If you are lucky with the 4th or 5th floor, you will have a good view of the sea and a large spacious balcony, on which, in addition to a table and 2 chairs, there will also be a sunbed. Rooms that face the opposite side are larger and more spacious. There is an extra bed (chair). Suitable for holidays with a child. But the view from the window - on the hotel under construction. And noisy during the day because of the children frolicking and screaming in the pool, and in the evening - adults. Windows, as I already wrote, cannot be closed tightly.
