We chose this hotel because we wanted to visit Obzor, to live in a small hotel of an affordable price category and close to the sea. In general, this is what happened. The hotel has 15 rooms. It is located close enough to the sea: walk at a leisurely pace for 5-7 minutes. Some rooms have a little sea view. We lived in a standard double room, which had everything you need: a table, a chair, a wardrobe, beds, bedside tables, a mirror, air conditioning, a TV, a shower room with a toilet.

In the shower room, as usual in Bulgaria, the drain is a hole in the floor, but here there was a nice moment in the form of a side that conditionally separates the shower and toilet, which helped to avoid excessive flooding of the floor after taking a shower. On the balcony - two chairs, a table, a clothes dryer. True, at first it was somewhat uncomfortable from the proximity of the neighboring hotel. Going out onto the balcony, they looked at its wall, but then they got used to it: they tried to look around on the balcony.
The service at the hotel is good: the owner Neicho is friendly, attentive, interested in the impressions of the stay, responds to requests. So, one day our doorknob jammed and he immediately went to fix it. Having learned that he was interested in reading, he offered books (at the reception there are several books, mostly in Bulgarian, but there were a couple in Russian).
Cleaning is carried out at the hotel daily, efficiently and in the absence of residents in the rooms. Bed linen and towels were changed twice during our 10 days stay at this hotel (it turns out about once every three days), toilet paper was regularly added.
By the way, the hotel is located on a fairly quiet street, but at the same time not far from the main street, where there is a supermarket, cafes, stalls.
The only negative was that the Wi-Fi in our room on the third floor caught with some interruptions (the modem was on the second floor), but this was easily solved by going out to the corridor, which, by the way, has a sofa and an ironing board with an iron.
