Hi. I have just returned from Bulgaria and I want to share my impressions. I must say right away that Bulgaria is not Europe. Very similar to our Crimea. Rested in the town of Nessebar. I liked the city - there are beaches and things to do in the evening. We rested at the Menabria Hotel. Liked. The hotel is located near the Old Town and from the windows there was a wonderful view of it, the sea, the yacht club. (if you don't have windows overlooking the backyard - there's just a wasteland and a dump - this is the only drawback of the hotel).
I immediately warn you at least to the hotel on the 1st line and to the sea somewhere 100-150 m, but you can’t swim there - it’s deep, stones and yacht parking. I can’t say for sure to go to the beach up to 1 km, but along the promenade, walking at a pace of 7-10 minutes through the park. It was pleasant to walk - a nice view of the sea and the walk did not tire in any way. The rooms are large, shower, air conditioning, hair dryer, balcony all for 3 *. Cleaned every day, towels changed too. Breakfast buffet - food monotonous sausages, eggs, sausage, cheese, various pastries, jams, fruits. From drinks tea, coffee and something like juice (like Jupi) and min water. It was possible to eat, the food was constantly brought and it was possible to eat at 9.30 (breakfast from 8 to 10).
The beaches are flat, but protected and clean. umbrella + sun lounger = 15 levs (7.5 euros) for two. It was possible to go further and take only an umbrella for 5 leva from two or free beaches at the very end, but the difference was felt - immediately dirt, garbage and a lot of people. So we took only an umbrella and rested on a normal beach. Food - you could eat in cafes and mini restaurants for 5-10 leva well. Soup is somewhere from 1.2 to 1.6 lion, chicken meat 4-6, pig 5-6. Portions are big. Salads from 1.5 to 5 lev. Expensive juices 1.5-2 leva a glass and almost no tea. Bulgarians drink coffee. Written language can be understood, spoken language is more difficult. But you can figure it out. Rest - in the evenings we usually went for a walk in the old city, climbed through the ruins, streets, souvenir shops and numerous cafes.

We went to the disco in the C Coast to Lazur. Umat disco. I saw such a number of drunken, stoned, cheeky Germans for the first time. there they could easily come up to you and kiss you or drink your cauldron and sit at your stoic while you dance. But at the same time the atmosphere is fun and the music is good. In general, in Bulgaria rest mostly only Germans. There are very few Russian youth - mostly married couples, mothers with children. So my impressions are that you can go with your family, small children (the sea is clean, shallow, sand), with your company and just relax mentally. It would be boring on its own. In SB, Golden Sands, rest is expensive and there are only hotels and that's it. If there is not enough money and you want a relaxing holiday, then there is a direct road to Nessebar, Sozopol, Obzor. All rest for a week with a tour and pocket expenses cost me 600 dollars. But I will not go there again soon (if there is no cheerful company)
