A week in Nessebar was planned for walks. We chose the Orpheus 3* hotel. It is located on a quiet street of Cyril and Methodius. Only 12 rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors. There is no lift. We asked for windows to the courtyard, or rather to the garden, but those who lived on the other side said that they were also quiet, the street was too small. Behind it is a public garden with a children's slide, behind the public garden there is still a small street, but buses run along it, and then the Palm cafe (we dined there). There is a small and inexpensive store 20 meters from the hotel, where we, in addition to lunch, bought juices, ice cream, water and all sorts of little things. All the good things written about the owners are true. We did not see Margarita, she was away, and Peter is a very intelligent and kind person. I will not repeat myself, everything has already been written, I can only say that he left the most pleasant impressions about himself. For food, we took half board and did not regret it. I didn’t even understand the people who were there for breakfast, because you can’t have dinner so tasty and inexpensive anywhere in Nessebar. Everyone was invited to dinner at 19:00, Peter cooked the same for everyone, without a choice, but HOW!! ! Dinner is a lot of meat, a little side dish, salad, dessert and a choice of coffee (not from the machine) or tea. It was too much for me, I gave dessert to my son, but it was always delicious. No additional food is needed for dinner, even large men ate. Alcohol was not included in the price, but Peter offered wine or brandy from his stock and did not even ask for money. Therefore, in order not to feel inconvenience, we immediately said that we would try different wines, and at the end of the holiday we would pay for everything. Peter agreed, but after paying, he gave us a bottle of wine, which we liked best. Here he is, Peter. Breakfasts were served individually from 8 to 10 o'clock: scrambled eggs or cold cuts or sausages (good), jam, honey, butter, everything was also enough. From the servants there is no one from the street, only 3 people: a maid, an aged woman who helps in the kitchen and a young Suzanne, who combined her work at the reception and waitresses. All personal acquaintances of Peter, so the hotel is safe to store valuables in the room, but you can take a safe, it is inexpensive - 2 leva per day. The only negative for me is the air conditioner, which blew a lot and I could not adjust it. Therefore, I turned it on when I left, and then opened the balcony and it was normal. The rooms are all different in size and number of beds, all seem simple and very well maintained. About the beach. We went to the south, 10 minutes on foot, the road is not tiring, there is a lot of shade. But!! ! There are a lot of people, umbrellas for 8 leva, sunbeds as well. We did not consider a free beach, there is nowhere to step at all. They took an umbrella and sunbathed on mats, and on top of it was a towel that had to be rinsed every day. The water is clean, once it was very stormy, but in general in August everything is fine with the weather. We were satisfied with our rest in Nessebar. I think it's thanks to the Orfey hotel and its wonderful hosts.
