The robbers broke the lock and the door frame with a crowbar between 20:00 and 21:00. No one heard or saw anything, because the room was the farthest on the 4th floor and was located at the emergency staircase, which was always open and led directly to the street. They stole everything: passports, all cash, two phones, a netbook, a tablet, an action camera with a complete set, expensive perfumes from Duty Free, suitcases and backpacks, as well as all the little things, up to chargers and sunglasses ...They left only clothes, hygienic funds and children's toys ...The total amount of damage was more than the cost of the tour to Bulgaria ...

Territory: the park is really open until 23:00. its exit is on the main stairs to the beach. The place by the pool is located mainly in the shade of trees (it is very convenient to wait out the afternoon heat there), there are few sunbeds and many are broken. The beach is divided into paid (8 lev sunbed, 8 lev umbrella, 3 lev mattress) and free free zones. We used the services of the private beach of the Breeze cafe, because. for 30 lev there are offered two sun loungers, a large umbrella, an easy chair, a toilet-shower and 4 waters. There is no shower on the main beach, and the toilet is somewhere far away. The beach is sandy and littered.
The hotel has an ideal location to the shopping street St. Paisios across the road, 15 minutes walk to the Old Town and of course 1 minute to the beach. On both sides of the hotel there are restaurants and something like nightclubs in cafes. The noise from the music never bothered me.
The old city is beautiful (included in the UNESCO World Heritage). You can get to it in 3 ways: along the main roadway, exiting through the main passage, along the side road through squares and hotels, passing through the back beach entrance, or going down to the embankment after the restaurants. There are no complaints about the food at all. The food is varied, for every taste, a lot of vegetables and fruits. Indeed, sometimes (not often) something turns sour due to the heat. For example, we came across spoiled rice with vegetables and boiled potatoes. There was always something to replace. We pointed this out to the waiters, they only smiled and pretended not to understand. For breakfast, in addition to continental English breakfast products, vegetables, cereals, there was buckwheat porridge. For lunch, in addition to a variety of side dishes and meat, there were two soups. Once we got on a fish day (for lunch and dinner they gave a lot of fish and seafood products), once for dinner we also had a barbecue, and once there were even delicious dumplings. The food in the trays did not have time to end - they always brought a new one. Ice cream, drinks and popsicles from 10 to 22. Not in every 3 * you can see such a variety. A guest musician performed at the weekend, as the hotel restaurant is used as a regular restaurant. At lunchtime, a part of the restaurant on the street was often used for children's parties. But hotel residents can also enjoy music and the like.
Of the staff, we most often had to contact with a very unfriendly bartender.
Territory: the park is really open until 23:00. its exit is on the main stairs to the beach. The place by the pool is located mainly in the shade of trees (it is very convenient to wait out the afternoon heat there), there are few sunbeds and many are broken. The beach is divided into paid (8 lev sunbed, 8 lev umbrella, 3 lev mattress) and free free zones. We used the services of the private beach of the Breeze cafe, because. for 30 lev there are offered two sun loungers, a large umbrella, an easy chair, a toilet-shower and 4 waters. There is no shower on the main beach, and the toilet is somewhere far away. The beach is sandy and littered.
The hotel has an ideal location to the shopping street St. Paisios across the road, 15 minutes walk to the Old Town and of course 1 minute to the beach. On both sides of the hotel there are restaurants and something like nightclubs in cafes. The noise from the music never bothered me.
The old city is beautiful (included in the UNESCO World Heritage). You can get to it in 3 ways: along the main roadway, exiting through the main passage, along the side road through squares and hotels, passing through the back beach entrance, or going down to the embankment after the restaurants. After 7-10 minutes of waiting, the waiter took out only one plate, the next guests again made a similar request and again stood in anticipation. It was the same with fruit, the tray was always pristine, the guests were waiting for the moment to grab the dessert. The beach is literally nearby, but the local authorities only care about collecting money 16 leva = 500 rubles (chaise lounge and a rusty fungus-canopy), God forbid you dare to lie down on your rug, you will be immediately driven away and sent to a corridor 3 meters wide, along which the whole city goes to the beach. There are no legal grounds for this, since the beach is municipal, but nevertheless the fact remains. The sea is shallow, dirty, it is difficult to get pleasure from swimming. The only consolation is the old Nessebar, which has retained its flavor to this day, it pulls there like a magnet, there for a while you can forget about a too modest hotel, long black hair on the floor (I am a blonde with a short haircut), an armchair, sitting in which you can find yourself on the floor, constantly absent and smoking female staff, insulting inscriptions on buildings addressed to the Russians and our president. Vacation is over...... and sediment. . . remained.... .
