We liked that the hotel is practically in the center of the new town, but everything is close, everything is nearby: beaches, restaurants, shops, even Old Nessebar. I was pleasantly surprised by the number, because we were counting on a more modest option. The description of the room, beaches and other details of the location are quite objectively described by previous contributors. I want to add that the rest is unexpectedly wonderful. We sincerely thank hostess Nellie for her friendliness, care and good mood. The next time we come to Nessebar, we will definitely stay at this hotel.
We stayed in a 3-bed corner room: large room, kitchen, shower, 10-meter balcony. In the room: double bed, sofa, table, 2 ottomans, wardrobe and TV cabinet. In the kitchen: fridge-cube, microwave and kettle. On the balcony there is a table and chairs. Balcony - common with neighboring rooms, but fenced off by a parapet. Room without air conditioning, but as the corner faces northeast, it was neither hot nor stuffy. And on the balcony you could always find both sun and shade. The room is clean: cleaned every day, bedding and towels are changed once a week.
The street can be quite busy during the day, although the movement of cars along it is low-intensity. Local celebrities give concerts every Saturday at 21.00 in the nearest restaurant - from the 4th floor you can see almost the entire stage. For lovers of dead silence, it can be uncomfortable.
Of the minuses: wi-fi is only on the 1st floor and next to the entrance. There is no reception as such, as there are no safes in the rooms, but the owners are constantly on duty on the 1st floor, so there was no need to worry about the safety of things.
We settled in very quickly - at 10 am, the hostess told in detail where everything is nearby.
Beaches - 2: north and south, up to both 10 minutes walk. We liked the southern one more, especially since the access to it is through a shady park. There is always a place in the free zone, and the shore is simply magical: soft sand, water is transparent even at a depth of height, the depth of 30 meters is small: you can play volleyball right in the water, and then - 50 meters for those who like to swim.
To Old Nessebar - 15 minutes walk. Shops, cafes, restaurants - everything is nearby. Also a stone's throw from the bus stop where buses stop in the direction of Sunny Beach and Paradise Water Park.
On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 10 am, and here is another 1 minus: there is no separate toilet in the hotel - if it is pressed, you will have to look for some restaurant or cafe (the most democratic in this regard is Mistral, 100 meters from the hotel towards the Old Nessebar according to Khan Krum).
During the departure, an incident happened: the transfer did not arrive 2 hours before the bus departure, as all the accompanying people say, but 2 hours and 10 minutes before! - and did not wait, left - I had to get by car of a local representative (by taxi - and terribly expensive, and it is absolutely unclear where to go to the bus). Owner - thank you very much! – did not remain indifferent: on her phone we called several times with a local representative, seeking a solution to the problem.
Many thanks to the owner! We will certainly stay at this hotel on our next visit to Nessebar.
The hotel is family run, quiet and clean.
Pleasant hosts, convenient location - city center, 5 minutes to one beach, 10 minutes to the second, 15 minutes to old Nessebar.
Close to shops, markets, banks.
In addition to seagulls, there is no one to wake up (and there is no need). Clean, comfortable, friendly, calm. Until in the morning you reach the South Beach (a place almost reaching the beach for completely undressed), you have time to wake up, drink coffee (there are many more coffee shops on the way than hours on the way from Minsk to the hotel), have a tasty snack or a sandwich (everything is so inexpensive ! ) and take a bottle of chic cold airyan with you. 10 minutes walk to the surf line. To the big free zone along this very line is another 3-4 minutes. The beauty! On the beach for a pleasant stay, you can buy basically everything : )
It was pleasant for us that the hotel is practically in the center of the new city, everything is close, everything is nearby. Even Old Nessebar.
Most of the prices are very democratic, you can easily find a consensus with your pocket : ) In principle, you can fly in shorts, slippers and a T-shirt - you can buy everything else on the spot without straining.
For a symbolic surcharge, a studio was provided instead of a standard room. Moreover, I tend to consider it more like an apartment.
In September, the lack of air conditioning in the room did not bother (the hotel has rooms with air conditioning).
The hotel is located in fact in the city center and everything is within easy reach, but lovers of dead silence may not like it here.
During the summer, the hotel has a restaurant.
Very convenient location, everything is nearby: bank, post office, a lot of restaurants and cafes, shopping street. .
The beach is also not far, 5 minutes walk. Pleasantly pleased with the number, because they were counting on a more modest option.
They clean like everywhere else in 2 * hotels - without fanaticism, but quite well (if you don’t find fault))
Bed linen is changed every 7 days, towels every 5 days. Friendly hostess, we were satisfied.
The only major negative is the day of departure. The hotel does not have a luggage storage room (you can leave your luggage in the lobby), there is no waiting room (you can sit in the lobby, there is a sofa, armchairs and a coffee table). But the most unpleasant was the lack of opportunity to visit the toilet (the hostess recommended to go to some cafe). given that the room must be left by 12 o'clock, and the bus for us came only at 18 o'clock, this turned out to be a problem
No matter how many times we have stayed there, we have never experienced theft. The staff and the owners themselves are very friendly and nice.
I'm happy to answer questions if anyone needs more information.
