I am in Nessebar for the 4th time, my wife - for the second time. But it was in this hotel that we decided to relax for the first time. The tour was arranged through the Kiev agency "Alma Tour", the host in Bulgaria - "Balkan Inter Travel". Thanks to them for the organization, everything is clear and timely, without delay.
The hotel is brand new, opened 3 years ago on the South Beach of Nessebar. Minimalistic (but very stylish and pleasant) interior.

The hotel has air conditioning at the reception and throughout the floors. The room is pleasant, no frills, but everything is very tasteful. Cleaning is daily, towels and bedding are changed every 3 days. On the day of arrival, we immediately checked all the devices in the room and found out that the hairdryer in the bathroom did not work, and the air conditioner did not turn on. Also found some small debris on the bed. After a call to the reception, three people of the staff ran to our room at once (!! ), the problems were eliminated on the same day. On all other days until the departure, there were no more questions. The staff is very courteous and welcoming. They speak Russian really badly, so sometimes I had to switch to English, as a result, a certain Russian-English mixture turned out in the conversation 
The beach is right next to the hotel, which is very convenient for families with a small child, from the threshold of the elevator (which, if you press the Beach button, descends from each floor directly to the beach) to the water, roughly speaking, a few steps. The beach at the hotel is sandy, very clean, clear water, the bottom is flat. Sunbeds and umbrellas at the hotel are paid (until July 1 - 7 Bulgarian leva for an umbrella and 7 for a sunbed, from July 1 it has already become 10 leva), so we took our daughter on our shoulders and in the mornings went to the very end of the beach strip , to the free zone. In the evening, you can swim at the hotel, spreading a towel right on the sand, and there are almost no beach "controllers" at this time, and we were not disturbed.
Breakfast is monotonous and typical for such hotels (scrambled eggs, sausages, cheeses, muesli, milk), but we mostly leaned on pancakes, pancakes, fresh fruit, chocolate and fresh honey for baking. As for lunches and dinners, there are no problems with them in Nessebar, the choice of inexpensive establishments is unlimited. Our favorite restaurant (and by the way, I know it since 1999) is Vodopad (that is, Vodopad) on the street. Cyril and Methodius (in the new part of the city) - a Bulgarian-style establishment with a fairly large menu and very good prices. Don't confuse it with the "Waterfall" sign right in front of the hotel on the other side of the street, I don't know anything about the reputation of this place. A good lunch for me with my wife and child 2 years 8 months. cost an average of about 17 leva (about 8 euros, including beer for me) and for 25-30 leva two people can seriously overeat. Additionally, we bought fruits/products in the Mladost and Cherno More supermarkets, as well as a wide selection of fruits in numerous street shops.
In general, we had a very good rest for 2 weeks, it is a pity that due to the schedule of life it was not possible to stay there for another week.
