Stuffy, damp room, although they came to clean, wash the floor in the bathroom, as everything was leaking there. . . , there is air conditioning, but they didn’t turn it on, because it was possible to get sick, all the children coughed and adults went with a runny nose and cough in the hotel from a temperature drop. And without a balcony, there is no place to dry clothes, there is a dryer, but the clothes do not dry out, they put wet clothes on for themselves and the children, but then they decided to take the drying out through the onco to the street. When they wanted to fall asleep after the road, tired, sleepy, the first thing that scared us was that the window went out to the restaurant, where people gathered for dinner on the terrace in the evening and drank, smoked, that it was impossible to even open the window, shouted until 23.00 that the kidscouldn't sleep!!! And yet, when these dispersed, another thing began - the music rattled so strongly from the disco from 23.00 and until 5 in the morning, that everyone was crying and the kids and we. It was very painful and unbearable. In the morning they asked to change the room, so the manager Galina, with claims and a disgruntled face, offered two separate rooms with an extra charge of 8 euros in addition to the amount, and on the 4th floor on the roof, also without a balcony where you could suffocate from the heat at all. They did everything so that the number did not change at all. The food is the same every day, everything with thyme, that the children ate almost nothing, say that it is not tasty. Adults had heartburn and then nausea from eating, which affected the pancreas. . . They refused lunch, so only half of the money was returned, and then with a scandal. A boorish attitude towards everything and everyone. All I liked was the territory and security of the hotel, a smiling man who smiled)). And when leaving, they urgently needed to vacate the room at 12.00 and not a minute later, since we had a bus in the evening, as people drove there, but there was no one !!! It seems that Galina, the hotel manager, enjoyed herself, for our own money, when she had some advantages !!! We will never recommend this hotel to anyone!!! And you decide))

We rested at the Melsa Coop hotel at the end of August. In general, I liked everything, there was no regret that we chose this hotel. A big plus is the location of the hotel. 5 minutes to the beach and this is the "southern" beach. In Nessebar there is a northern beach on the exact opposite side. He's rocky, algae.

On the south beach there is a clear transparent sea, sand and a convenient entrance to the sea. Especially if you are with children. Accommodation. This hotel has rooms without balcony. If you are so "lucky", then the rooms on the 4th floor are better, because you can see the sea. All rooms are spacious and bright. Nutrition. Breakfast is boring, the so-called "continental". Dinner is much more interesting. A wide variety of well prepared dishes. Meat, chicken and fish. Braised eggplant, peppers, zucchini. Fruits: unchanged watermelon, plums, apples, melons, rarely peaches. Everything is ok for three stars. I really liked the hotel staff. Calm, caring at home, speaks Russian, not intrusive. We were seated at 10 am. The director of the hotel is always in sight, you can contact if anything. The territory of the hotel is small, a good pool, sunbeds and umbrellas for free. We didn't use. Why if we came to the sea. On the beach, sunbeds and umbrellas are paid for 8 lev. but this is a separate issue. You can go to the free beach, it's another 10 minutes. I recommend this hotel if the price for the tour is not high. Have a good rest everyone. Bulgaria has a very mild good climate.

Another plus: the hotel's good location (2 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to a public transport stop, there is a swimming pool, a green area separated from the main city street - only screaming seagulls interfered with sleep))). Free internet in the room (wired), Wi-Fi in the lobby and lobby bar. Cons: the hotel does not have its own restaurant. he worked in our presence in the dining room mode (for "all inclusive"), but this is not scary, because. you can eat in city and beach coffee shops. We did not go to the spa treatments. The gift shop is very limited. Parking is paid from 5 levs per day. We went without children together with my husband.
