The staff is friendly, everyone is smiling. We were with two small children 2 and 4 years old. Children sometimes made noise, but no one made remarks, on the contrary, everyone said something to them, had fun. The hotel area is small, there is free parking. There were no other cars (there was a dead end) that allowed children to run near the hotel and we did not worry about traffic. It is very close to the sea, go down the stairs (which is very good !!! ) because we went so that the children could breathe the sea air and swim in the sea. I was a little unlucky with the weather (the beginning of June turned out to be cool), but you can't guess. The pool is clean, often seen cleaning it. Chlorine has almost never been heard, what can you say about the neighboring 4-5 star complex. The room was cleaned daily (but not always perfectly), towels were changed every 2-3 days. The room had 3 balconies: two to the east and one to the north. One could see the sea, but the sun was warm only in the morning and did not burn all day.
The cafe-restaurant at the hotel is excellent. Although we took a room without food, sometimes we had lunch and dinner there. We ate at other cafes to walk and not sit in one place.
Of the shortcomings I can say about the lack of a playground, there was a lack of swings. We went to the next hotel and there the children have already come off. Yes, and the Internet is weak, there were some breakdowns.
