It was on this basis (when the owner of the hotel yelled at my wife for using the tap in the kitchen and did not want to apologize) we had a trial with a representative of the travel agency (whom he himself called! ), which spoiled our vacation completely. And during this trial, he addressed everyone as “you”, boasted of “three passports and three educations”, poked his finger at people, shook the notorious sheet of rules, at the end he asked if I served in the army (!? ), and in front of my wife never apologized.
