The staff is very friendly, they explain everything in detail, very friendly and polite. Cleaning daily. The sea is very close, 3-5 minutes walk. The beach, the one to the right of us - we like it better - fewer people, clean, there is always a small wave. We don’t take sunbeds, the sand is fine and clean - it’s more useful than a plastic sunbed)) we already visited the old Nessebar (there are a lot of souvenirs), Burgas (good shopping) we want to visit Sozopol. The rest is wonderful, calm, on the beautiful sea - what still need tired of the metropolis, eternal rains, city smog exhausted Russian people? )) Excellent rest, I recommend!!! )))

The sea, the climate, the excursions are super. The hotel is not bad, 200m to the sea, but the staff and the owner are just awful!! ! It seems that not vacationers, but refugees came to them. No attention from the staff. They pretend that they do not understand Russian. A completely different attitude towards the Poles, why?.

yesterday arrived from Eliri. number is normal. cleaning is very bad for 2.30 min until breakfast 20 rooms have been cleaned. only the garbage from the toilet was vibrated and that's all the cleaning. the bed was changed 1 time in 12 days after the scandal. service 0. bartenders like dead flies. look at the plate to take a little food on the buffet.

OWNER-HAM. we called the guide to tell them for cleaning, for controlling food over their heads, for changing linen, the owner yelled so that he had everything distributed by grams and didn’t even listen to the fact that this was a buffet. shorter per person -25g tomato 20g cheese 8g butter 1 k. bread 12g jam 50g flasks and 1 egg. At first there were about 15 of us in the hotel. and then 50 people but there was no more food. SHORT BOOR AND GOON. When we were leaving, they even called a taxi to the back door. That's such gratitude for your own money. the sea was warm and close. but go on your own without an agency. there you can live on the shore in apotamants (like a 2-room. kv) with all amenities for 20 euros for 4-5 people. food in the cafe is cheap. We ate in Rafda at the GOLD FISH cafe, pleasant staff, tasty and inexpensive (for 3 meals, 10-12 euros). Have a nice holiday, but NOT IN ELIRI
