The hotel is small, family type. The rooms are small, standard. There is air conditioning, a balcony, in addition to beds, there is also a chair-bed. The furniture is not new for a long time, the carpet on the floor, in some places, is worn to the ground. A small bathroom and taking a shower, no matter how careful you are, the whole bathroom will still be wet.
Very unpleasant was the fact that the floor (tiled) was constantly wet. The toilet bowl and the toilet cistern are cracked and although sealed, it still leaks, there is a constant risk of slipping on the wet floor.
There are only two towels (per person), room cleaning, change of towels, change of bed linen - once in 12 days. Still, in a 3 * hotel, towels need to be changed more often . . Garbage was taken out 1 time. They also brought toilet paper once (for some reason this is done at 16.00-16.30, when we were resting, although the key to the room was at the reception from 9.00 to 13-13.30)). The tip for cleaning lay on the table for 4 days, but since no one cleaned the room, no one took the tip either)) In fairness, I note that a familiar young couple, the room was cleaned and towels changed twice as often. I don’t know what this is connected with, maybe we didn’t litter so much))
Very weak Wi-Fi, it can appear and disappear 40 times in a minute, or maybe not catch it for several hours. Extremely unstable!
Of the benefits - friendly and helpful staff, the light bulb burned out - they changed it instantly. At our request, they contacted the host. If you do not leave immediately after check-out, then you can leave your things at the reception and the owners kindly allow you to use the toilet and shower.

Hotel Elena is located in the center of Nessebar. Convenient location, because there are banks, shops, cafes and travel agencies nearby (we used the travel agency for a sightseeing trip to Istanbul). The beach is far away, about 20 minutes walk at a calm pace through the yards. With a small child, it is somewhat inconvenient.

The beach is far away, about 20 minutes walk at a calm pace through the yards. With a small child, it is somewhat inconvenient. But I rested with an adult daughter, so it was easier.
In the morning we had breakfast at the hotel as breakfast is included. It is monotonous... probably like in all hotels of this level. Omelet, omelet with sausage, cheeses (several types), butter, bread, tomatoes, cucumbers, tea, coffee (-), juice. In limited quantities.
We had lunch and dinner in cafes on the coasts. The food there is delicious and inexpensive. Ate several times in pizzerias in the city center, dirty, poor service, tasteless, expensive. In Old Nessebar, they ate in a very nice restaurant, but prices were expensive on the other side.
In general, the portions are huge and inexpensive, ate to satiety.
About the hotel itself. Bathroom for 3+. Savdepiy. Cleaning daily. The bed is all perforated. And the beds are a nightmare. Old and oh so squeaky. Don't sleep!
The room is small, in front of a residential building, the windows rest.
I advise you to take a clothesline with you.
TV is old, channels are bad.
There were no mosquitoes. True, seagulls, like pigs, yell all night. You need to get used to it.
The hotel does not have a patio. This hotel is not for families with small children. But just for adults who came to relax quietly.
In general, for a cheap holiday and a picky tourist, this hotel can be recommended to spend the night cleanly.
