Good afternoon. We decided to go to Bulgaria for the first time. The hotel is not bad (though not neat), located on the first line. The strip of the beach is very small - 10 meters. For a month we booked 2 rooms with a sea view. Upon arrival, the hostess Marcella offered one room with a view of the wall (the neighboring hotel is at arm's length), and the other, as it should be on booking, BUT! you need to pay extra money... A boorish, insane lady, she doesn’t want to hear anything... As a result, she gave the numbers to others and left... I was looking for housing on the coast myself... upon arrival we will deal with the travel agency. But even here, in Bulgaria, I will apply... Sorry, but the service is either there or not... Rudeness and indifference are unacceptable in the service sector. I have nothing against Bulgaria, but I will not come here again...
