Just got back a couple of days ago. Specifically August 1st. I had read a lot of reviews about this hotel before and was prepared for the worst. although I understood where I had to live for the money that I paid. rode the bus. 1.5 days. we arrived in the morning. hours at 9-10 am. we were immediately met by a young man, later it turned out that he was an animator. His name is Rada. girls, you have no idea how charming he is. this fact pleased our women's company after a long journey. (sorry for the digression). We waited for check-in, of course, tiring. but at 3 pm we were already in the rooms. Initially, the appearance of the hotel is unimpressive. but when we went inside, it turned out to be pretty nice. friendly service staff, always helping in any matter. at the reception the highest rate, so it's best to change there. the pool is great, yes, it is not chic and there is no bar with it, but to relax, swim and sunbathe, it is an ideal place. I was a bit disappointed with the way the pool works. swimming is prohibited after 6 pm. By the way, if you walk 2 minutes from the pool, you will see the second one, with 4 slides. beyond the numbers. we all understand that this is 2 *, but when I went into the room, I was shocked. pleasantly shocked! the room has a refrigerator, TV, a decent size balcony, the beds are large and with excellent mattresses, that is, the comfort of relaxation is guaranteed. yes, there were no air conditioners, but if you open the windows and the balcony, then no stuffiness is felt. personally my room was cleaned every day. For 14 days I changed the bedding and towels 2 times. in general, I’ll say honestly, it’s the service and the rooms, as well as the pool, that are all 3 * +. . . but!! ! nutrition. I will not lie. I have never seen such terrible food anywhere. probably because of this the hotel is famous for 2 *. fed monotonously, the food is cold, salty. the only thing you could eat there was soups and fruits. all. everything about the hotel. sorry though. I want to write a few words about the contingent of tourists. they are mostly young people from 13 to 25. I myself am 18 and this is exactly the age when we slept during the day, and at night our hotel was on our ears. we took it for granted, but families also rested in the hotel, which naturally did not suit them. so i want to give some advice. if you want a quiet holiday, then Serdika is not your hotel, like most in Kranevo. All the same, this is a youth city, or rather a village. life in Kranevo begins only at night, and if you don’t want to ruin your vacation yourself, then it’s better not to visit this place. a few more words to parents who send their children from 13 to 16 years old to Kranevo. I have seen a lot in this life, but this, sorry. I don't think dad will be pleased to see his drunken 14th daughter dancing on the bar at the Playboy club and 30 Bulgarians salivating. sorry, I understand that this may not be correct, and I understand that every parent trusts their children, but still. kids try everything. starting with a hookah, ending with a canaple that grows all over Kranevo. but this one is, of course. a matter for each individual. but if you are over 16 years old, and you have a wonderful company, the road is only there. I have been everywhere, in Golden Sands and Sunny Beach. . and my conditions were better, frankly speaking, but after Kranevo, I don't want to go anywhere. The energy of this city pulls again and again. so much drive, emotions. that the charge is enough for a year. yes, the village is quite small, but it has a wonderful beach and clear sea. many cafes, bars and restaurants. prices are great. One portion is enough for two. alcohol is very cheap. cigarettes are expensive. there are 2 clubs, and 1 more but it's like on the beach. bar + disco. In general, I arrived delighted, with delight and memories. if someone is going, go. you will not regret!! ! and Serdika is a wonderful hotel. track. a year there. good luck)))
