We rested with the family in July, 2017, we just arrived and I want to respond. First we bought a ticket, and then read the reviews (it happened, but on the other hand, reading reviews in advance - it’s generally difficult to choose a hotel, especially in Bulgaria). The most difficult thing for me personally is the bus ride (we traveled from Moldova, the city of Cahul), after this trip I gave my husband an ultimatum: if you go to Bulgaria, then only by your own car. Even by bus - it’s not so long to go - from Cahul to Konstantin and Elena, about 7 hours (given that the bus scatters tourists in Albena, and in Golden Sands, etc. ), but, at customs, we spent five hours on the way there (there were a lot of buses in front of us), and on the way back - only two hours - thank God, there was no queue. Cars pass very quickly, they have their own queue. I can’t stand the road very well - my legs rest on the next chair, my husband sat sideways all the way, but endured it, the kids around are tired crying, the air conditioner is turned on - it’s cold, it’s turned off - it’s stuffy. . . Now about the hotel - everything that people write in reviews - everything is true, and everyone has their own. We arrived at 8 o'clock in the morning - indeed, no one is waiting for you, the bracelet will be put on only after 14.30, so that you only get to dinner, you will be offered to buy groceries in the supermarket for your reproaches. When you open your contract in the ticket, you will see that it is written there, bracelets - after lunch. You can pay separately for meals - then you can go to the dining room, but it's better to come up with something yourself. Settled if there are free rooms immediately. We were settled at 11.00. We liked the rooms, they cleaned every day, shampoos, gels, soap, a hairdryer - everything is there, towels were changed every other day, the bed was snow-white - they were changed every 3 days, we lived on the 6th floor, we had a very kind housemaid. Regarding the staff - they are great (do not confuse with the rules of the hotel, because the staff simply follows their instructions). And the girls at the reception, and the animators, and the maids, and the director of the restaurant, and "jack of all trades" (we called the man that way, unfortunately we didn’t ask his name, he did everything - he looked after the pools, and watched the beach, and I was a bartender, and I was a builder, etc. ), and the lifeguards on the beach are Clever, there are no complaints about them. I will return to the rooms - we were satisfied. The beach is also good, somehow adapted, where on a sun lounger, where on the sand, my son and I just sat in the water, my mother loved to go to the source, and my husband was on a sun lounger, everyone is happy. Well, now the weakest point of the hotel is the restaurant and bars. I can’t say anything about strong drinks, neither I nor my husband tried it, the assortment is scarce in any case, because it’s 3 stars. I didn’t like the fact that in the cooler, in the devices with fanta (here only mirinda, pepsi, soda) - tap water, with the smell of bleach. Husband went to buy in the market "Eserbil" - min. water 1.5 liters - 1 lev, table water 6 liters - 3 levs. For 10 days we drank three bottles of 6 liters, and two packs of min. 1.5 liters of water, they didn’t touch their drinks at all, they made tea in their room (husband is a teamaker, so the electric kettle is always with us). The food has been described in previous reviews. I’ll add on my own - breakfast at 8.30 - it’s too late for us, and for others too, because the hotel is on the beach - everyone is already at sea from 7.00 - who runs, who does yoga, who swims, some already came with wet swimsuits for breakfast. My husband's breakfast every day - semolina, pasta with cheese; son - amlet, sausages, watermelon; my mother and I - cheese, rarely olives, tomatoes (often sluggish, poorly washed), boiled eggs, sausage, donuts, buns. Each of our breakfasts began with my mother's words: "Daughter, do you remember what kind of breakfasts were in Turkey, and raisins, and dried apricots, and 10 types of cheeses. . . " eat! " And already humbly everyone ate and admired the view of the sea. Lunches and dinners are meager, often not tasty dishes - either french fries are oak, then cabbage is overcooked, then beef has a smell, sausages with spices - we can’t eat. Food here is more of a test for women, because we don’t eat, we try, and the more choice, the more satisfied we are, and my husband and son liked it, they have enough soup, pasta with gravy - and they are happy. When I didn’t like anything, I just ate fruit and desserts. You should not take laptops - Wi-Fi is bad. The foyer is small and stuffy, flies - do not sit long. There is no volleyball, the ball was taken in vain, the tennis table is mangled, you need to have your own rackets. Gym is run down, no one works out there. There are a lot of bars around, but it's not cheap. Bottom line: the hotel has potential, but the owners need to add, soul or something, remove this unjustified, in my opinion, savings on food and drinks, make a minibar on the beach, change something, especially when people arrive tired, hungry, because they they did not come to the hotel staff, they came to visit you (the owner), spent their money earned over the year. . . Perhaps someone will say: "What did you want for such and such an amount? " But I still want to believe in a fairy tale! Be that as it may, I, my husband, my son are very pleased with the rest, my mother said: "in the future - only Turkey! "
