Joined a group of children at the invitation of the coach, because. my son was swimming. The smell of urine at the entrance to the hotel did not bode well. Further, the hating look of the reception staff, a long wait for resettlement in the hall with torn, damp, rotten sofas... The room was completely killed. The bathroom door is rotten, the shower curtain is moldy, the floor and bedspreads are stained, there is no TV remote control, etc. For a long time I sought to replace the mattress, which smelled of urine. Only an appeal to the manager gave the result. Everything is calculated on the fact that the children will not notice, or they will endure, or the leader of the group will shut them up. A decent number is only for the head teachers of the group, who were constantly in it without watching the children, drinking alcohol. As a result - a broken nose in a child, injuries, bruises, sunburn, a turn to the doctor. When you turn on the mini-aqua park, no one is watching the children. The employee intended for this sleeps in the shade of pine trees, without even bothering to close the technical opening in the pool area, into which the child fell and was injured. And this incident did not change anything...
The food is satisfactory, but then again - in the queue for fruit, the distributor puts few small unripe fruits for children, for living Bulgarians or adults, a whole plate of selected ones.
Of course, there were groups with conscientious leaders, but the living conditions are the same.
