I went in June, with children 6 and 16 years old, check-in was sooooo tense, we arrived at the hotel at 9 in the morning and settled us at almost four in the afternoon ((And then after the scandal arranged by vacationers who could not be accommodated on the 3rd floor, which was ready for the most the last... the attitude of the staff - indifference to the Russian speakers and complete subservience to foreigners, they were settled immediately. All this time we sat in the lobby, walked a little around the territory, had lunch... And finally we were settled... We lived on the 3rd floor ( very convenient, given that you can’t wait for the elevator) We chose a room with a sea view, I was already prepared for the fact that I would have to pay extra... but no, the room had a stunning sea view... After reading the reviews, I immediately went to check everything, but we were probably lucky - mold in the bathroom, fallen out sockets, and fallen off cornices and sagging beds were not observed))) I was pleased that there was a full bath and not a shower. The bed linen is clean, the cleaning lady left 2 left on the table for some reason, and then I didn’t leave it))) cleaning every day (sometimes you even want to relax, but she breaks with a vacuum cleaner))) bedding and towels were changed once at 3 days.
There are sooo many parents with children, even with babies, so my 6-year-old daughter immediately found a bunch of girlfriends))
Beach.

We went with the children after breakfast, there were always sunbeds at 9 o'clock (but this is probably only in June) we always went to the place on the beach where the beach bar, it seemed to me that there were fewer people there. the sea was calm in the first days, the water was warm enough, then the waves began, but this, as they say, is a trifle. leaving for lunch left towels on the sunbeds, returned and calmly sunbathed further.
Pools.
Complete disappointment... the water in them is icy . . even in the nursery . . It seems that they do it on purpose so that fewer people swim in them... If the water in the pools was normal, then I think some of the people spent time not on the beach but by the pool... We went to the pool at the royal bay where the water was warm.
Nutrition.
We are not picky people, in principle we had enough of everything. the children mostly ate chicken, grilled meat, potatoes and vegetables, from fruits peaches apricots bananas oranges grapes, delicious ice cream (we came to the very beginning so we always had enough)) the dishes could be cleaner, there were enough forks and spoons . . Of course there were people who sooooo mountains wrapped meat on their plates, eat a couple of pieces, and everything else in the trash... it was a shame that then people came and there was nothing... During our vacation, no one was poisoned, and everything was OK with us.
Money.
I took a visa card and cash in euros with me, went to Nessebar, combined business with pleasure and walked around the city and changed money (there is the most favorable exchange rate) Outside the hotel there is a small market, a pharmacy, a supermarket there they took watermelon and melon for 2 leva kg. paid card no problem. The prices were amazing, both for clothing and food. Did not go to the water park (not amateurs)
Entertainment.
The program is monotonous in principle, to see once, with the youngest we went outside the territory near the market, a playground, with inflatable slides, trampolines, toys, she liked it.

our flight was rescheduled from 7 am to 5 pm, I wanted to pay 20 leva for a room, but we were persistently taken out at 12 noon, (your room is already booked) all this time we were sitting in the lobby waiting for the bus, this also spoiled the mood.
