To be honest, I was a little surprised by the rather large number of negative reviews, so I decided to dispel some myths and legends.
1. Hotel. Big cute. The rooms are quite comfortable, air conditioning, full-size bath, TV, balcony. The furniture is actually a bit old, but as it turned out, not in all rooms. Cleaning is daily, always clean towels, a tip was left for the maid, there were no complaints about cleaning. All in all, quite a 4 star hotel. By infrastructure. The hotel has a restaurant, several bars, a shopping center in the basement, other spas and other entertainment too.
2. Food. We were a little worried about this. We read reviews about poisoning, and my wife is very demanding on food, she loves to eat deliciously. I will say one thing - no one got poisoned, my wife liked the food, she still remembers some dishes, though before the trip they drank a course of Linax just for everyone. The child at that time was 4 years old, ate with pleasure. Always fresh fruit. On the work of the restaurant there were comments on dirty tablecloths, but at the first comment they were changed to fresh ones. Dirty dishes somehow did not come across, except for a cup once.

3. Beach. Large sandy, the entrance to the sea is gentle, the sea is clean. Unlike the rest of Bulgaria, sun loungers and umbrellas are free. The beach is clean, cleaned every day. There are several free bars on the beach and not far from it, free ice cream in the villas. There is beach animation. There is entertainment for an additional fee - jet skis, "bananas", parasailing, diving and more.
4. Territory. We initially chose this hotel because of the huge territory. The entire hotel complex is located, as it were, in a bay surrounded on all sides by mountains covered with coniferous forests. There are no busy roads or settlements nearby. The air is clean and pleasant. The climate is mild, there are few winds. The area is very green and very beautiful. An ideal place to relax with children. I met frightening reviews about a large number of wasps and other insects, and so there are insects, but far from those frightening volumes, in general, everything is fine with this. The infrastructure of the complex is also quite rich. Its own good water park is free for all guests of the complex, several restaurants, many bars and shops.
5. Pools and the sea. There are about 6-7 swimming pools on the territory of the complex. From deep to childish. The water in the pools is often colder than in the sea. Children's exception. We swam in the pools a couple of times, mostly on the sea. The sea, as already mentioned, is clean and warm enough. The child could not be kicked out of the water.
6. Price quality. The price can be called acceptable considering the "all inclusive" and the luxury of the territory. Naturally, you don’t have to make strong demands, but for a pleasant beach-active holiday, the place is very good. The level of the hotel is higher than most Turkish "fours" and at the level of many "fives". In general, the Bulgarians are much nicer than the Turks.
Grades on a five-point system:
Hotel - 4
Maintenance - 4
Meals - 4+
Cleanliness - 4+
Territory - 5+
Beach - 5
Sea - 5
Price - 4

If someone is going for show-offs, then this is not the place. All the described negativity can be found in any hotel in Turkey, Egypt, Spain, Greece, and at the same time you do not get pluses in the form of a clean sea, mild climate and a beautiful place. We will go there again this year. The climate and territory are truly unique. I decided to write a review based on my memories, and then come and write a fresh one. Good luck everyone.
