The hotel looks good inside and out, but the rooms are in poor condition. Shabby, dirty, worn.
The administration is not polite, rude. At the reception shout: "I do not like write a review! ".
Waiters are dirty, they work in mines, their clothes are greasy.
Rooms are cleaned for the view, no real cleaning. Towels were changed once in 10 days.
The beach is in excellent condition: stones, cigarette butts, plastic cups. There are not enough sunbeds for everyone. I have seen such a horrible beach only in the Gulf of Odessa region.
The first trouble will meet you when you arrive in your car. Valentin will come to you immediately on a scooter, and he will start going crazy, screaming and demanding money for all the days of parking at the hotel. The cost is 6 euros per day.
In general, in Bulgaria (Sunny Beach, Elenite) you will find rudeness everywhere, the attitude like pigs. Only in Old Nessebar in the private sector is the attitude towards tourists normal.
In general, for such money, everything is included, I do not recommend to rest in Elenita. Bulgarians have not yet learned to provide normal service! ! ! ! !
