My husband ran up, me and a married couple of friends were beaten, while hitting the children. Zero response from the police and administration. It is unrealistic to write a statement to the police, they were waiting for a Russian translator for two days in a row, who was delayed for various reasons. The calculation was to delay the time that the vacation would end. In the department they met 5 people beaten by guards and rescuers.

I consider myself an absolutely picky person, I don’t need frills in food or some kind of personal attention from the staff, I just wanted to go to the sea with my husband in the summer. We paid very good money for a week of living and left with the thought that it would be better not to go anywhere at all. Arriving at the hotel, we were dropped off with suitcases and told to wait, we stood like that for exactly an hour! No one approached us, did not explain, we went to the hotel, which was nearby, and asked for someone to pick us up or at least tell us where to go, the only thing we were told was to wait! And this is just the beginning. . . Finally, we were taken upstairs to the hotel, at the reception they neither greeted us nor apologized, they didn’t say anything at all. . . Silently they gave two cards from the room with disgruntled faces and that's it.... When we got up to the room, which really looked beautiful, we almost suffocated. The room smells strongly of sewage. . . so much so that it hurts the eyes.....and so stink all 7 days. . . This impossible smell is even impossible to put into words + a broken mirror in the bathroom and a toilet seat. I will not go into details about visitors to other hotels on "VIP sunbeds" and entering the sea with very large stones that cut their legs, while the beach is not cleaned, a lot of gobies and small debris. The staff absolutely do not care about you, they do not like you. The food is normal, many complained, but it didn’t matter to us, it’s edible, it ends quickly, yes, the glasses are not washed, the dishes are chipped. To sit down to have breakfast or dinner, we had to clean the dirty dishes from the table ourselves. Because there are 2 waiters for the whole hotel and they absolutely do not care if it is cleaned there or not. It was impossible to wait for the waiter at dinner to order a drink, or you had to go after him and ask him to come up. I want to pay special attention to the reception! It's just a nightmare. Rude young ladies who smile and pretend that they are nice only with the owner of the hotel and his friends. They are literally rude to you, we had to go down each time, because the cards from the number stopped working, and a couple of times this procedure had to be performed three times, they allegedly changed them, but the cards did not work anyway. We were not told what time to check out from the hotel, it is not written anywhere, we flew out at 23:30. At 16:00, having returned from the sea, our cards stopped working again and then the fun began. We were told that we urgently need to leave the room by paying extra 10 euros for each hour and urgently leave the room. They said so rudely that I felt like I was at the Russian Post, only there they can talk like that. The saddest thing is that the hotel is really beautiful, but everything that happens there is a complete nightmare. I've been to 3's and 4's. Believe me, the most common 3 in Turkey is heaven compared to this hotel. . . I want to pay special attention to the guide Biblio Globus Yaroslav, I have not met such guides yet. You need to see more of this crap. How can he represent the interests of the citizens of the Russian Federation, I can’t imagine that it doesn’t happen to you, know that this person will never come to your aid. He hates Russians. . . In the literal sense of the word. We were taken back by a very nice guy and it is a pity that he was not our guide. I wrote all this so that every person who is going to this hotel knows that he will regret it. And even if he dares to go, the first thing he will do when he returns is decide to write a review to warn people. They wiped the cabinets and the money remained in place. We went out and said "thank you" in the hallway : )

Indeed, after looking at a large number of photos and reviews, I was finally convinced that they were right. The choice was between Elenite and the oldest resort in Bulgaria - St. Constantine and Elena. . . We met at Burgas airport, on the way to Elenite we stopped in Pomorie (complete USSR), in fact, in Sunny Beach itself (the hotel is on the hotel, the streets are dirty, there is rubbish all around, the grass is scorched by the sun, the people are dark, the hotel territories are tiny, from the bus window open pictures of vacationers by the pools) and St. Vlas (a more comfortable place compared to the previous ones). The bus brought us to the door of the hotel. We waited for the room for a couple of hours, during which time we got to know the hotel and the staff a little. At the beginning of September, the number of vacationers decreased markedly. Sometimes it seemed that we were alone in the whole castle! The service is generally good. The room was cleaned daily. Capsules and vials, paper were replenished as they were spent. In general, I think when maintenance is carried out regularly and at the same time the staff does not catch the eye, this is aerobatics. Of course, because we came to rest, and not to jump over the mops of vacuum cleaners and fitters, and even more so to control their work. . . for our money. . . The food is normal, there is meat and fruits, vegetables, sausages, cheeses, fish, sweets, yes, everything is there. Just the same thing every day. Waiters would do well to better understand the desires of vacationers. In a slightly non-standard situation, they do not understand what you want from them, or they pretend. The territory is huge, there are many paths, a pavilion with peacocks, there are no fences between the hotels, you can go to any hotel, there are many exchangers. There is a supermarket, many shops, a clothing market, prices for souvenirs are on average the same in comparison with other resorts, a huge water park, but the water there was also cold. The sea is different every day. . . sometimes it’s warm, clean, sometimes it’s covered with mud, sometimes it’s stormy, the bottom is sand with pebbles. The beach is sandy, there are a lot of sunbeds, there are lifeguards, they collected garbage (for vacationers, they are too lazy to throw their bulls into numerous trash cans). The weather is fine, in the morning there was a light rain. The representative of the meeting party talked to us the next day and familiarized us with the rules for a comfortable stay, with numerous excursions, with a schedule of where and at what time she can be found by phone. Tours were not taken. We went to Nessebar on our own. I certainly liked the town. . Also on the territory of Elenite there is a stop, you can take a bus or minibus to Sunny Beach and Nessebar. In general, all conditions are created for a comfortable stay. My family was very pleased. I liked everything very much. Until now, we remember the last vacation with tenderness and warmth. I can't say anything about facilities for families with children. But there were many vacationers with kids and even kids. Do not take it as anti-advertising, but reviews about neighboring hotels are not very flattering. They didn’t start special conversations, but on the beach, discussions about the service of other hotels included in the Victoria Club in Elenite had to be involuntarily listened to. They were dissatisfied. But I really don't know how. And they closed already in the first decade of September. I can safely recommend a holiday in Elenite to those who want a measured, relaxing holiday. I hope my review will help you make your choice. Having settled in the hotel for two days, they didn’t leave it - such beauty, luxury, thought out every little thing, that I didn’t even want to go to the sea. Gorgeous SPA, delicious and varied food, excellent service. We have never rested in such an ideal hotel in all respects and we doubt whether there is something like this somewhere. There is a wonderful water park nearby. A scenic path leads to the sea. You can go for a walk in the mountains. In general, Elenite is a quiet and peaceful place for an elite holiday. Convenient bus service to Sunny Beach and Nessebar. I recommend it to everyone - you won't regret it! The hotel is open all year round and we are thinking about celebrating the New Year in a fairytale castle.

It was really nice, we went up to the room on the 3rd floor, a standard room with a king-size bed, with beige satin linen, slippers, bathrobes, a bunch of towels, gels, shampoos, conditioners, soaps in the bathroom, everything you need in the shower and in bathroom. The bathroom is finished with natural pink marble, very beautiful like everything else in this hotel. The maid is very pleasant, every day she asked what kind of coffee to leave for the coffee machine, how many capsules to put, every day she twisted all sorts of swans-bows-boats out of towels, laid out a beautiful bunch of pillows on the bed. Shampoos, gels replenished every day, towels changed every day, bed every 3 days. In the hotel, as in June when we arrived, there were only 25 people - it's a complete buzz! quiet, calm, the restaurant is beautiful, neatly dressed waiters always say hello, dirty dishes are removed instantly, everything is kept under control, very professional, the restaurant is on top! Special thanks to Misho Mikhailov, smart girl! The food is all natural, there are no shmurdyaks, a lot of all kinds of meat, fish, vegetables, for dinner sooo delicious soups, like at home, blue cheese for breakfast and dinner, mozzarella, etc. Fruits are not bad , various, ! super grapes! The hotel is creative in everything! If the napkins in the restaurant, then black, if champagne, then in the morning, for breakfast! But at dinner, all alcohol is paid, only tea. All dishes are expensive, Italian. There is no cheap diluted liquor in plastic cups, behind which there are queues in neighboring hotels on all inclusive, everything is worthy. Every day we went to the SPA - this is a separate work of art in the Royal Castle. 4 saunas and a swimming pool - free of charge, as much as you want and every day, everything else is for money. But believe me, this pleasure will be enough for you even without paid procedures! Go for sure! The beach is small, but with such a occupancy of the hotel it is quite enough, I don’t know how it is in the high season! the sunbeds are low and uncomfortable, it’s understandable, if the weight is 100 kg, then they load it into the sand, they probably need higher pedestals, because. getting up is probably uncomfortable if you are a ton in weight. The same category of "tourists" wrote in the reviews that the hotel is so far from the sea and you have to climb so high uphill that even their child hockey players could hardly walk from the beach to the hotel - such nonsense !! ! People who wrote such a review should have been to a hotel on the very seashore, especially since there are three of them! And for 8 days we plunged into the unreal beauty and luxury of the Castle, in the evenings lay on the street in cool wicker sofas with chiffon capes, drank champagne with fruits, listened to the endless murmur of water in the waterfalls and fountains by the pool, enjoyed the lighting design of the fountains and the castle and understood that summer is already leaving, and September gives us the last warm days, and the people who created this masterpiece gave us a little fairy tale called Royal Castle. . .
