If there were problems, everything was solved with lightning speed. You need to be able to lead yourself and no one will be rude to you. I saw our compatriots yelling obscenities at the reception because of a burned out light bulb. It's a shame. . . The towels were changed every day, cleaned well, the bed was changed after 3 days. By the way, for those who lived near the water park (we lived along the sea), for some reason the bed was really changed 1 time in 10 days and there were problems with the shampoo. And they didn’t hear about the conditioner and shower gel at all, we had all this and when everything was over they added it without any problems. Here is such a paradox. The service in the restaurant is not bad, but not great, but in the lobby it is 10+. The only thing that bothered me personally was a rather dirty beach. But here they are to blame. Well, vacationers cannot take 5 steps to the urn and throw out the cups and "bulls", and then they come and say that it's dirty. But everyone knows that it’s clean not where they sweep, but where they don’t litter. One mother, having changed the child's diaper, rolled it up and put it by her own sunbed, although you didn’t even have to go to the trash can, just aim well and throw it in. So this diaper lay next to them for an hour (probably it’s nice for them that way), then they left, and he stayed. And who should remove it?
But I repeat once again - the rest was a success, and the child is generally delighted, now he only wants to go there!
