The food is simply wonderful, the variety is small, but everything is very tasty. the staff is friendly. the prices in the hotel bar were a pleasant surprise, much lower than in the village and on the mountain. many Englishmen, almost no Russians. the sauna is wonderful, especially the ice room, but the pool is cold, they did not dare to bathe the child. room service was good only the first days, the last 4 days were not cleaned at all, but since there were few in the room, they did not go to the reception to swear. in general, the impression is positive, but this is not a hotel for lovers of a fun holiday.
