Hotel without "master":
1. The receptionist is available only on the day of check-in and check-out. All the other time - it's your problem where to find it
2. The card key is constantly demagnetized
3. from the list of declared services, there are barely half
4. Dirt and unsanitary conditions on the territory and in the hotel
5. THEY STEAL MONEY (a neighbor's money disappeared from her room)
6. broken and dirty dishes in the kitchen
7. unkempt territory with weeds instead of lawn and broken lamps and tiles
8. The food is just terrible. The children have been eating only gray pasta for the 10th day. The staff scoops the food into the "trough" with their hands and serves it. Drinks are chemistry itself! The water from the atomizer stinks of a swamp! No dessert for kids! ! Rotten tomatoes. And all the food is barely warm or just cold.
