Traveled with a group in February/March 2012. We looked after this hotel during a previous trip to Bansko. Booked and paid a couple of months before through Booking. com, as well as flights and transfers. Everything went smoothly and very easy. Since our arrival was late, the keys and personalized welcome letters were waiting for us at the reception.

Booked and paid a couple of months before through Booking. com, as well as flights and transfers. Everything went smoothly and very easy. Pros: excellent location - 5-8 minutes to the ski lift. at a leisurely pace; spacious, warm rooms with mountain views; spa center with a large swimming pool (fee for using about 6 euros for the whole day, a gym is present), friendly staff (although they speak very little English, but in Bulgaria Russian is also good)
Cons: the quality of room cleaning - even for money they are not cleaned very willingly, if in the morning you did not leave on time - by the evening they will remove the figs.
Slightly outdated furniture and bathroom equipment (the boiler was constantly leaking - I had to substitute a plastic bottle), short bed linen (the sheet was knocked down to the middle of the bed))))) lack of clothes dryers - after all, a ski vacation, and this could have been foreseen. In general, the impression is very good, especially in terms of price-quality ratio and the location of the hotel.
