The hotel is unique. Nearby is an architectural monument - the ancient Roman Bath. Apparently this explains the name of the hotel. At least the hotel takes hot mineral water for its THERMO-SPA from the same source from which water was taken in ancient times in the Roman bath. Mineral water from a well 57 gr. S.

The hotel is unique. Nearby is an architectural monument - the ancient Roman Bath. Apparently this explains the name of the hotel. At least the hotel takes hot mineral water for its THERMO-SPA from the same source from which water was taken in ancient times in the Roman bath. Mineral water from a well 57 gr. S. TERMO-SPA was created on its basis. 2 swimming pools (outdoor and indoor), water treatments, hammam, Roman baths (steam baths), saunas, Cleopatra baths, etc. For my company (and there were children and the elderly) it was great. Nice recovery after skiing. Water is positive in post-traumatic recovery (tested with my company).
Restaurant, bars, cuisine, service, staff - meets the standards of Bulgarian resorts (compared according to stories with other hotels). In this matter, I can’t somehow single out the hotel in one direction or another in comparison with others in the resort. But, they try to please ours (Russia, Ukraine). It was nice to know that specifically so that our tourists (as the most demanding and scandalous) had no comments on the staff, they took the deputy manager of the hotel, who is an ethnic Bulgarian and our former officer. So he brings exemplary order among the staff. Thanks to him or not, I don’t know, but I don’t remember any comments on the service.
I myself will go again. I recommend. The only thing I do not recommend is to travel from December 24 to January 10. But this does not apply to the hotel, but to the resort in general (prices, of course). Already after January 10, prices fall, the resort becomes empty, there are more servants than tourists.
