Summary: Panorama Resort is a 3* budget hotel with a big stretch - more like 2*, located far from the center of Bansko and with unfriendly staff. I recommend to go there only if they offer you a price much cheaper than other hotels of this level.

We lived in a standard double - very small rooms: almost the entire room is occupied by a bed (standard sizes), the passages between the bed and the bedside table, between the bed and the wardrobe - 40 centimeters each - it is very uncomfortable for two. At the entrance to the room there is neither a wardrobe for outerwear nor a bedside table for shoes - there is simply no place for them. The front door is arranged in such a way that every rustle from the corridor is perfectly audible in the room, which makes it difficult to fall asleep. For 6 days of cleaning, we never got a new shampoo - we had to go down to the reception to get it. In the restaurant at breakfast every morning guests are greeted by gloomy faces of waiters. Breakfast is bearable. but for dinner the food is monotonous, few meat dishes - usually 1-2 dishes, often the usual fried chicken, no national cuisine. The pool is open only from 2 pm, and the sauna is turned on only after 4 pm. At 20:00 everything closes. Constant problems with hot water. There is an electric water heater in the room, so you have to wait five minutes for hot water to flow. And in the shower by the pool there was hot water only two days out of six. There were many other unpleasant details. All the Russians with whom we managed to talk at the hotel were very unhappy. The minibus from the hotel does not run all the time.
By the way, the hotel is managed by the local tour operator TURAL. They were also responsible for the transfer from Sofia, and it was poorly organized. They manage several other 4* hotels in Bansko (eg Bellevue Residence), I would venture to guess that my comments apply equally to all of these hotels.
