Finally got around to reviewing it after a year and a half. We got to this hotel by accident, we didn't plan it. We were simply forced to move because the planned hotel was undergoing renovations. So, briefly on the points.
1. Runs the hotel, as I understand the family - husband and wife. And their wife is in charge. Strict middle-aged woman. He smiles, but it is clear that he is insincere.
2. Cleaning is just awful. I deliberately left rubbish on the carpet when I noticed that they were not cleaning well. When I got to my room, I saw garbage in the same place. That is, vacuuming, then vacuuming, but only the middle. Towels were changed for us every 3 days, as expected. We ended up just throwing them on the floor to be replaced. Once, ALL towels were taken from our room, we had to run to the reception in the evening and demand clean ones. Sinks are not washed. as there were dirty splashes from the hands, so this foam dried up there.

3. The hotel itself is quite nice, homely, but it is clear that the budget. Squeaky wooden stairs, whitewashed walls, tiny bathtubs, very poor water supply and pressure. We had a mountain view from our windows, but the windows did not immediately go out onto the street, they went out into the corridor, and already there were windows onto the street.
4. Feeding. OOOOOOOOO, that's okay. The fact is that the dining room in Panorama is also a pizzeria. There is also an entrance from the street. Thank God we only took breakfast, I wouldn't be able to eat there all the time. Breakfast is not a buffet. Impose strictly defined portions. By coupons. Everyone is the same. If you want something else, buy it. All week we ate feta cheese, bread, butter and some strange kind of mess in the form of a casserole. As I understand it, this is what remains with them in the evenings, all sorts of scraps, leftovers, they interfere with the egg and into the pan. Eat, Russian gentlemen : ) As a result, by the 7th day I simply did not eat my breakfast, I simply could not squeeze dry bread with butter smeared on it. In short, for lunch and dinner we went to local taverns. And it's just super tasty and varied. And the portions are VERY large.
4. We went during the ski season, and naturally, returning from the mountain, we were all wet. They gave things to the "headmistress" herself for drying, in the morning everything was ironed and dried. For this - five.
5. For some money you could use the sauna. Which we did 3 times. It is not very hot, as we like. But after the mountain, that's it. On the first evening, they even gave us a coniferous flavor for the steam room. Then they stopped. It hurts so bad : )
6. The pool is free but only until 9pm I think. I tried to swim every day, but when I took the keys from the "headmistress" her face was not very pleased.
Conclusion: the hotel is not bad, very budget. But the attitude of the staff was a bit annoying. It's better not to go there for breakfast. Take either lunch and dinner, or in general it is better to eat not there.
