The location of the hotel is good. In terms of nutrition, basically there is a tour with breakfasts - they are certainly not very good. We went skiing. Everything was close to the hotel: shops and restaurants, all within walking distance. If you go to this particular hotel, then there are no electric kettles right in your room, then it is better to take them with you.

When we arrived, the first impression of the external appearance of the hotel was terrible - it is located in some kind of outback, and around it is a solid construction site! But then it turned out that the main street of the city is not very far away. To the ski lift about 500m. The owner of the hotel usually gave a lift to the slope for 1.

But then it turned out that the main street of the city is not very far away. To the ski lift about 500m. The owner of the hotel usually gave a lift to the slope for 1.5 -2 leva, but sometimes he was too lazy to go, especially when 2 or 3 people gathered.
Inside the hotel is quite cozy, but the lobby and restaurant are very cold.
The rooms are decent, but they were cleaned very rarely, and even then only after a remark made at the reception. Towels were changed even less often than cleaning took place. There were problems with hot water, because. they save on coal and firewood.
Food. The breakfasts are just non-existent. If you come at 8 am, you could find some food. After this time, either the food was not available, or you had to wait until it was brought. An interesting fact is that after 9 am in the dining room, in the place where clean cutlery usually lay, used forks, spoons and knives began to be located, and it was not possible to find clean ones. Even the defiant stirring of tea with the other end of the fork in front of the hostess and the request that it was so inconvenient did not lead to the appearance of teaspoons.
The attitude towards guests is cool, especially from the hostess of the hotel.
The rules in the hotel are also unusual: for some reason, guests cannot bring food and alcohol into the rooms with them. To the logical question why, only about alcohol was answered - "You get drunk and can fall off the balcony, after that they will call the police, and we don't need extra crap. " I think this is nonsense, because. I can get drunk in front of the door to the hotel, and then fall off the balcony! : ) The hosts just wanted us to eat at their infamous hotel restaurant! And it is really shameful - more than half of the dishes from the menu are missing, there is simply no service - we had to be reminded that we eat with a fork and knife, and not with our hands, that after changing the ashtrays they must be returned back. The quality of food is much worse than in any of the city's mehans. but the prices are quite reasonable.
New Year's Eve Dinner was amazing! was paid 65 euros per nose for dinner. In fact, our table for 8 people (520 euros) looked worse than we ordered every day in various mehanas (restaurants) for 100 -150 euros for 8 people.
Bottom line: the hotel does not reach 3 stars, but for sure there are worse hotels! If I come to Bansko again, I will definitely not return to Kralev Dvor!!!
However, the hotel Kralev Dvor did not spoil the overall pleasant impression of the rest in Bansko.
Z. Y. Although the owner of the hotel - Marina (singular Marin) left a very pleasant impression.
