I rested in this hotel in NY 2013. The rooms are standard, unpretentious, but in principle everything is fine, there is no central heating, but the room has a type of battery - a convector, it heats up the room very quickly, so it was not cold. Breakfasts are poor - sliced ​ ​ ​ ​ sausage, cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers, jam and coffee, tea, hot dishes for breakfast are not prepared, i. e. porridge, no eggs. But if you come and dine in the hotel restaurant, they cook tasty and normal prices. It’s actually a bit far from the ski lift - 20 minutes up the hill, i. e. it’s better to go there on the shuttle bus, but the shuttle bus leaves the earliest at 09.00, and by this period there are already long queues for the lifts, so in order to climb the hill earlier, you need to get up early and go on foot or take a taxi (10 leva). The hotel has a sauna for free, the sauna is simple, but in the evenings it was nice. On New Year's Eve we paid for New Year's Eve dinner and it was very modest and meager. The staff at the reception does not know Russian, but speaks Bulgarian or English.
