Отель Эмеральд 2011 Hotel Emerald 2011

Before leaving for Bansko, I read a not very good review about Emerald hotels, but everything was fine.
I got a studio room, the room was cleaned and the towel changed every day, in the bathroom there were shampoo, gel, soap, a toothbrush with paste, a disposable machine with shaving gel, a shower cap.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything. There was also an ironing board with an iron and a dryer with a heater. Single room, but not crowded. Breakfast was repeated two days later, of course it bothers you, but you won’t leave hungry, though you can’t take anything into your room - they swear, but people manage to carry a plate or another. There is a SPA center, a good sauna, jacuzzi and of course a swimming pool.
I didn't like it: bathrobes in the SPA center are paid (7 lev), there are no rooms at all. The Internet is also paid and not very high quality, one torment. In a cafe at the reception, the waiter does not understand Russian well; you order one thing, bring another.
The rest is all good.
