Rested in the season 2007-2008. The hotel is located frankly far from the central part of the city, surrounded by a construction site and a residential area. there is no entertainment nearby. Walk to the center for 30 minutes, but it's annoying. Walking up the hill, respectively, no way. Although Basik from the hotel travels quite regularly.

Walk to the center for 30 minutes, but it's annoying. Walking up the hill, respectively, no way. Although Basik from the hotel travels quite regularly.
The hotel is new and quite nice inside.
Food: breakfasts are monotonous, the assortment is scarce and practically does not change, dinners are good, the assortment is rich.
In the bar in the lobby, the service is fast, the cocktails are good (in Kempinski it is much worse), they are calm if you come with your own bottle.
Prices go off scale, of course, strongly (2.3 or even 4 times than in the city), but in principle this is tolerable, although of course a cup of tea and a glass of tequila are surprising for the same money - 3.80 each)
Spa at the hotel: the pool is a paddling pool full of people, I didn’t use the sauna, but they say pretty decently, I didn’t like the massage (gentle stroking of the back, but ordered a curative lower back). But here are other procedures - according to reviews, they seem to be not bad.
Unfortunately, the impression is spoiled by the bungling and outright greed of the administration:
1. Promised internet in the rooms. for all the time he worked one day, at the reception they only made a helpless gesture. Wifi worked well in the lobby.
2. Ski storage in the hotel PAID - 5 bucks a day. (for a ski resort this is nonsense).
3. For dinner, tangerines (! ), And in general, all fruits were cut in half! So that the guests do not endure!
4. Shampoo and gel were updated in the room only after a 2-fold reminder.
5. The restaurant is poorly designed for the number of guests, with a simultaneous influx there may not be tables.
6. At the end of breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant, the waiters are in no hurry to notice you, the tables are not set, the products are not renewed, i. e. the full range is present somewhere 1 hour after the start, then only what remains.
And a bunch of little things like that (the shower is designed so that the bathroom is constantly flooded with water, the handle in the bathroom is torn off, so no one scratched it during their stay, there are disposable razors in the bathroom (it’s better not to put anything at all than such guano - one once needed - I almost took off all the skin from my face).
It seems to be trifles, but this is a hotel that claims to be 4 stars and is not at all cheap. My conclusion is that for this money you should choose something better and closer to the city center.
