The hotel proudly calls itself a "club French", I would call it a club Romanian, because Romanians and Bulgarians are the main, and welcome, contingent. And the hotel is focused on them - convenient parking, Albena itself is not far from Romania. The attitude towards Russians is bad (moreover, as we saw in Albena as a whole). Of course, you can close your eyes to almost everything, and someone would not have noticed, but: we checked into the room strictly at 2 pm, although even in the rules of the hotel you can get a room earlier for a fee, we arrived at about 9 am with two children, no one responded to our requests, but then we repeatedly observed how early in the morning they kindly settled the Romanians and provided them with lunch. Also with the departure - at the reception they claimed that in order to find out if it was possible for us (by paying! ) To stay longer than the checkout time, they needed 2 days! . The remote control from the air conditioner had to be demanded, and apparently we were generally surprised by our "demanding" employees, they did provide it to us, but on the balconies we observed citizens trying to disconnect something in the air conditioner on their own. In general, something is a little wrong - they "forgot" both Russian and English. The rudeness of some bartenders was simply unbearable: one of them told her husband that coffee was not included in our all-inclusive program and "try to drink at breakfast. " They are clearly not interested in the Russians, at the beginning of the holiday, while still planning to return next year, we asked to be shown the room we were interested in for the future (free then), but how many did not fit with this - "there is no possibility. " Most of the hotel employees are young guys, the reason for this attitude is difficult to understand. We learned from other vacationers that, for example, they were not told anything for the entire vacation about the availability of a bus to the beach and a cafe for their hotel (Kom). Before that, we were in Nessebar, so there was a very good attitude, and sincere, and the service is much better, they are clearly interested in vacationers. As for the food, it’s rather monotonous and often tasteless, I came across stale, to put it mildly, products, I didn’t wash the juice containers at all, they just added juice, I saw mold on the taps. Perhaps this was the reason for the mass poisoning in the hotel, when ambulances arrived several times a day, many children vomited both in the canteen and in the hall, and the "manager" was floating, sorry, brains that "this is a virus, it will pass in two days", we realized that she was apparently afraid of closing the hotel. A separate "song" - service in the "restaurant". I have never seen such disgrace and laziness, they were in no hurry to clean the tables, we come and have to stand waiting near the dirty table, and it is extremely difficult to "catch" the waiter - he sees and passes by making his "muzzle a brick". Room cleaning is mediocre. The room itself is not bad, we had a family room - it's big. In the bathroom, instead of the hood, there is a window in the corridor, the towels did not dry. The tile in the shower is old, moldy in places, the curtain is brrrrr.... And about the pros: the hotel is well located - in the center of the resort, but quiet, the territory is well-groomed, there is a small playground, the beach is close, but the one that belongs to Orlov is somewhat aloof. Albena itself gives the impression of some kind of closed resort with its attitude towards vacationers, although outwardly it is of course beautiful, green, the beach is very large, clean enough.
