If you have stayed at least once in another hotel, this hotel is not for you. Service at the hotel is completely non-existent. Negative moments await you from the first second of your stay at the hotel until the last minute. Let's start with the check-in: if you arrive before 2 pm, get ready to sit at the reception. no amount of money and persuasion will help you solve this problem, even if there are many free rooms. steadfast socialist principles are firmly hammered into the head of the staff. and that's not all - the bracelet will be put on you not at 14-30, so that God forbid you don't have time to grab any food from the restaurant at lunchtime and drink a sip of water (moreover, a simple one from the cooler) in the bar...
2. The room is rather small, with old furniture, a torn mosquito net on the door, without the promised (albeit empty) minibar. The room was cleaned daily. True, the bed and towels were changed only 2 times in 10 days (only after repeated reminders).
3. food - it seems not hungry, and tasty, but the monotony kills. no promised themed evenings (Italian, Bulgarian cuisine, seafood evening) were held. The snack bar cooks 50 pizzas a day for 162 rooms! and in each room there are at least 2 a person... the dishes are washed disgustingly, there are not enough teaspoons in the restaurant, problems with glasses in the bar, a glass of wine is an almost inaccessible luxury. As a rule, alcohol is poured into faceted glasses, carbonated drinks into a cup. The coffee is disgusting, to fill the cup you need to press the coffee machine button 2-3 times (it spits 30 ml of cloudy liquid at a time).

4. the beach is one for 6 hotels and that says it all... there is no toilet on the beach.
5. if you want to drink water from 23:00 to 11:00, then only outside the hotel. water in the cooler only in the restaurant and bar, which work strictly by the hour.
6. The hotel has practically no territory, for 4 buildings there is a tiny patch with a tiny pool.
7. Animation - as a rule, animators (17 years old) entertain themselves. 2 dances are the same near the pool at 12 and 16 o'clock it is difficult to call animation.
8. contingent - mostly Bulgarians and Romanians of the lowest strata, single young mothers with children under 5 years old, or grandmothers over 60 with their grandchildren.
