A clear disadvantage was the lack of information on the hotel website about New Year's holidays (from December 23 to January 9) for all restaurants in the hotel. One of the dining rooms was only open for breakfast. The work of the staff, cleaning of the rooms corresponds to the level of European hotels 3*-4*. The location of the hotel is quite good in relation to the historical center of Brussels. The relatively low price per room is due to its location in the Afro-Arab part of the city.

Stayed in the executive room. The room is quite spacious, with a balcony. View from the balcony to the roof of a neighboring building, but quiet. Room amenities are standard. True, a soft corner was promised, which was not. But it didn't bother me. There were no complaints about the room and its cleaning. Meals: buffet breakfast was included.

Meals: buffet breakfast was included. Every day for a week, absolutely the same products, but fresh and of high quality.
The location of the hotel is very convenient: it takes about 15 minutes to walk slowly to the Grand Place with a peep into the shop windows, and also 25 minutes to the Central Station.
Carefully! Upon check-in, a deposit of 300 euros is taken, which is returned upon departure.
No particularly negative points were noted.
