Hello everyone, on the May holidays we went by car to Budapest and Vienna. The trip was organized by ourselves, though using the advice of a friend from a travel agency. The adults were accompanied by children aged 9 and 11. Initially, we chose a hotel based on the price, but then we decided absolutely sensibly that no one wants to drive around Vienna by car and think only about parking, so we decided that the hotel should be chosen not far from the center and the metro. In addition, we revised promotional offers for hotels. At that time, there was just a promotion in this hotel and the cost of rooms in the "four" was identical to the cost in the "troika". In addition, the hotel is a chain hotel, which already affects its reputation positively and it is really located very close to one of Vienna's attractions - the Belvedere. The rooms are large, bright, Wi-Fi is free, although the computer in the lobby had to languish in anticipation for a long time, as 2 elderly German women chose for 40 minutes what kind of cake they would buy tomorrow : ), I had to explain to them that we sooooo want to write to our parents and us only need 10 minutes.
The Karlsplatz metro station was also very close. The breakfasts were decent, the kids didn't go hungry. Parking:
she was not at the hotel, but we found out already when we booked everything, somehow they poked it, to be honest. There were many cars in the alleys adjoining the hotel, but we did not dare to leave them there. When we arrived, we bought parking tickets at the reception and they explained to us how to get to the underground parking lots, it turned out to be very close. And the cars quite calmly stood there all the time that we spent in Vienna. I don’t remember exactly how much a day of parking cost, but of course not a ball)))
