Impressions prevail only positive. Management is well established. The keys to the room were ready for our arrival, all I had to do was give my last name. Cards for the "guarantee" were not needed.
ACCOMMODATION: The hotel is conveniently located on Mariahilfer Street, directly above the subway exit. The central attractions can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes, the metro is only 3 stops from Stephansplatz. We got a bright, well-furnished room on the 4th floor with an area of about 16-18 meters with a beautiful view of Mariahilfer. Samsung's 25-inch LCD TV turned out to have a channel in Russian RTR-Russia. Minibar range is very, very average.
The toilet room is small in size, but quite ergonomic.
The set of toiletries is small: a shower cap, soap bar, shower gel and body lotion.
BREAKFAST:
Rich and dense. From hot dishes: scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, eggs. Coffee or hot water for tea is served by waiters in a thermos. Milk is displayed on the tables. The coffee is quite good, by the way.
A big minus is the lack of fruit, but there was a fruit salad that my wife gladly added to delicious yogurt.
There are only two types of juices - orange and multifruit.
From cold cuts: regular and Parma ham, raw smoked salami, sausages, lightly salted salmon, several types of cheese, cherry tomatoes.
Standard muesli, pastries and jams were also present.

SERVICE: Here you need to pay attention to the junior staff at breakfast, they are not very well trained - the plates should disappear from the table without disturbing the table.
In Kummer, the waiter diligently began to wipe the table after removing the plate.
Not ice.
No complaints about cleaning.

Rested in Vienna with my husband in August 2008. Hotel with a classic interior, an old building, the room is also in a classic antique style. The hotel has a very good location, it is located in the center, the metro is right next to the entrance to the hotel (Neobaogasse metro station, line U3) which makes it very easy to travel around the city.

We only had breakfast, and we didn’t like it - they gave us 4 slices of sausage, cheese and a bun, the restaurant where we had breakfast is located right next to the hotel. We were initially offered 3 places where we can have breakfast, and after the first day we decided to take the metro (3 stops about 10 min. ) to another place for breakfast - Hotel De France. We got up at 6.30 and got ready to go to the Schottentor metro station (line U2), the hotel is also located right next to the metro. There the breakfast was super - the buffet is very rich. In general, we had a very good rest. We walked around the city and the sights ourselves and were very pleased. I liked the zoo in Schö nbrunn.
