- staff: very friendly, speaks English, always ready to solve any problem to the maximum in the interests of the client
- room: clean, comfortable, spacious enough (in my opinion). There are rooms with two separate beds, there are double rooms. There are rooms for smokers and non-smokers. There are several dozen channels on TV in various languages, including ORT and 3 Austrian radio stations. There is carpet on the floor in the room. The bathroom has a shower.
There are special large "3 in 1" bottles near the sink and in the shower cabin (liquid soap, shower gel, hair shampoo). There is no hair dryer - and this is the only negative. A huge plus, especially for women, is the presence of three large mirrors. Two - full-length and one in the bathroom above the sink to the floor of the wall. Towels were changed three times in 5 days, bed linen was changed once, but the bed was made and made up - every day. Room cleaning every day too
- Meals: breakfast buffet - tea. coffee. orange and apple juices in unlimited quantities, milk, cocoa; fruits; various buns; several types of sausages; light snacks; muesli; yogurts; from hot - sausages and scrambled eggs. Was very satisfied. They ate so much that then they ran around the city all day without lunch
- location: 5 minutes to the Westbanhof station, where the metro station of the same name is located, 5 stations from the center of Stephansplatz, because the hauls are very short, then 5-7 minutes in time.
Just 5 minutes to one of the main shopping streets of Vienna - Mariahilferstrasse. You can walk along it to the center, but we didn’t succeed very well, we got stuck more and more along the way : )
In general, summing up, the impressions about the hotel, however, as well as from Vienna, are the most enthusiastic
Pros:
1) Conveniently located: close to the metro station (central line), tram stop near the hotel. Near (200m) Mariahilfstrasse. 500m railway station.
2) The rooms are not very big, but sufficient. . .
3) Breakfast is not bad (for urban European 3 *): muesli, yogurt, cold cuts, scrambled eggs, sausages, various buns, butter, jam, tea, coffee, cocoa, hot milk, juices.
Minus:
1) Weak air conditioner. And this is very important (see 2))
2) Unable to open window. The noise is terrible. Feeling like at the airport. The road passes under the windows.
Summary: The hotel is good (because of its convenient location) for a tourist / sightseeing trip to Vienna at a price of about 80 euros / day for 2.
