The economical price, as far as I understand, is due to the fact that the hotel is located behind the "Ring" - the conditional border of the center of Vienna. But, firstly, it is, in fact, 500m to the Ring, and secondly, it is the western side, i. e. to the famous Viennese sights of the Parliament, the Town Hall, the Hofburg, the Museum Quarter - within easy reach!! ! Those. for the location - honest 5 *.
Of course, the hotel completely lacks any luxury of a five-star hotel: the expected Viennese "front" hall with chandeliers and stairs is not in principle, instead a modest small reception...
The same situation with the restaurant: instead of the presented cozy "aristocratic" restaurant, there is an absolutely modern (for some reason, 2-storey) "bar-type restaurant". But I must say, the breakfasts are excellent, with prosecco, which is brought "on request" (the bottle is not in the bucket on the buffet), but for free and in unlimited quantities : )
