I had to visit several hotels of this level during my travels, but I have never experienced such a strong disappointment. I will say the main thing: the owners seem to be Russian. Hence all the "purely local" service. Everything is very modest. Yes, the hotel has a very convenient location. Walking distance to almost all the main attractions of the city. However, the service wants to leave the best. The most important negative - (for me this is equal to a ruined vacation) I was forced to pay for vodka from the mni-bar, which I did not drink. I don't drink hard liquor at all. At the same time, the servant at the reception said to the side that, they say, the cleaning lady screwed up again. She asked me if I could get my money back! and supposedly returned them to me. Too bad I paid by card and not cash. It's a shame, I paid for what an unscrupulous cleaning lady used (looking like a drunken woman of pre-retirement age).
