The rooms are quite comfortable, clean, the rooms have TV with two Russian channels, there is even a small refrigerator. I was surprised by the availability of free internet in the hotel, which I really liked with my communicator. With e-mail, I saved a lot of euros on SMS. Breakfasts at the hotel are relatively modest, but the location of the hotel made us not pay attention to such trifles, because we are going to Vienna not to eat, but to watch, and there is a lot to see in Vienna.

And the guide Olya, having called us before leaving, was rude and scolded, I recognize my dear compatriot. As a result, the tour did not take place, the money was not returned to us and we were denied other excursions! I never see such rudeness and arrogance! Citizens, beware of the Voyage Service and the guide Olechka!!!!! But even such trifles did not spoil our holiday! The hotel is very good, convenient location, good food, friendly staff!
