Have stayed at this hotel several times. Old furniture, worn dusty carpeting, the Internet only works at the reception, the only thing that suited me was that it was close to the Parndorf outlet center and had its own parking lot. But the last visit just knocked out. As always, I reserved 2 rooms with large beds, but on arrival they gave me the keys to the rooms, more reminiscent of a student hostel for 20 euros (there are no photos of these rooms anywhere). Under the roof, low ceilings, small windows (view of the neighboring slate roof), no ventilation, glass doors and separate beds. It was +29 outside and I'm afraid that in these "rooms" of the Ungarische Krone hotel we would not have survived until morning. I show them the reservation: a room with one large bed. The girl at the reception still tried to somehow explain that there were no more rooms, but when I ordered on the site, there were still rooms, these were not the last. Then the owner apparently came (an elderly Austrian with glasses) and immediately stated that if we don’t like something, we can get out and gave us 10 minutes for this, saying that we would still pay for the accommodation because we reserved it with a card through booking. Then he “changed” his anger to mercy and reduced the amount by 50 euros, but only if we didn’t use anything in the room... I searched for a hotel nearby from the tablet (they didn’t give us the WiFi password, I had to turn on Internet roaming, it seems like a trifle, but very unpleasant) and he, realizing that we had nowhere to go, stood nearby and repeated that we had 10 minutes. It seems that we came to visit him without an invitation. Rare rudeness, living in Europe for 20 years, I have not yet come across this. Then he went to check if we really touched anything in the room. My daughter said that she would go with him and check with him that he would not later say that we had touched something. Oh God, he was offended!! ! As a result, I booked a hotel right on the territory of the Parndorf outlet center, a little more expensive, but believe me, it's worth it: large air-conditioned rooms, huge windows, wooden floors, new furniture, excellent bedding. Recommendation: think carefully, is it worth saving 50 euros on yourself, loved for a two-bed room? Personally, I made a conclusion for myself unambiguously and in Ungarische Krone I no longer have a foot.
