(I did not notice the fireplace room + gym + much more). staff / service - not very friendly (newcomers from the CIS are tolerated until their arrival at the end of January-February. I think then the service begins to bloom with an alpine cactus), small moments (cleaning, broken fittings, poorly showing ancient mini TV) - a belated reaction, for vacationers with children: far from the ski lift and you have to cross the main road. The food is normal, traditional Austrian dishes. Bar - in the lobby, cramped. Inet - for money. In general, next time - 100% different hotel. And skiing in Ischgl is just hot!! !
