The hotel is located near the ski lift. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is Wi-Fi. The overall impression is very spoiled by the staff. The owner of the hotel hates Russians to the point of shaking, when meeting in the corridor he can yell at you, often using the word AUS (as we understood, something like WON).

The owner of the hotel hates Russians to the point of shaking, when meeting in the corridor he can yell at you, often using the word AUS (as we understood, something like WON). He can also push you, in the truest sense of the word, out of the dining room if he doesn’t like something about you, although the Germans come to the dining room in beach shorts and he meets them with a smile.
If you decide to meet your friends in the room, then most likely the owner will call the police, saying that you are disturbing the peace of the guests, despite the fact that the time will be 7 or 8 pm. I’m not even talking about late time, we haven’t tried it, we don’t need a showdown with the police at all (there may be problems with the Schengen later), and the hotel owner threatens to call her with or without reason.
If you come to breakfast or dinner without a partner in the room, then you WILL NOT BE FEED! Yes, that's tough.
Dinner in general is not bad, except for one thing - for dinner, almost everywhere, drinks are paid, but plain water is always on the table. Here you will eat dry food.
There is simply no breakfast - cold cuts, cereals, pickled vegetables.
The voucher included a bath, but we could not get into it. The bath can only be accessed by four people. If you come together, they won't let you in; if you come with five, they won't let you in.
The reception is located on the SECOND floor, when leaving the mountain, the key must be left at the reception (it is alone, and you and your partner can return at different times). The ski storage opens with your key, but is located on the FIRST floor. The ski storage is always closed. Climbing to the second floor in boots is FORBIDDEN. The question is, how to get to the ski storage, coming from the mountain?!
Still haven't found an answer. Just slippers began to leave in the hallway.
There is a TV, but there are only webcams.
There is no safe in the room or at the reception.
In general, all the charm of the Alpine mountains spoiled our stay in THIS hotel.
