Tour "More than Felicita - Italy" from Accord Tour
The tour is very, very eventful, just a huge amount of impressions!
During the 10 days of the tour, 9 cities are visited.
Our guide was Roman Matusets. Just well done!
The group was not small - 35 people, but very organized, almost no one was late (5 minutes does not count).
The hotels were all excellent, especially in Rome "Petra" 4 * with a swimming pool. The pool, however, was not yet working, it was only cleaned and filled with water. Tourists who go later will have the opportunity to swim in the evening in the pool!
Breakfasts are standard: cold cuts, butter, cheese, jams, coffee, tea, juice, cereal, milk, some fruits, omelettes and buns. In Rome, there are also yoghurts and a large number of various pastries. Only on day 7 in Austria in the Alps was a modest breakfast - ham, black bread, jam and coffee, milk or tea.
We passed the border quite quickly, there in 2 hours, back a little less than 2 hours.
If someone plans to relax on this tour, then it will not work, because.
it is clearly scheduled on time - breakfast at 7.00, departure from hotels at 8.00, check-in at about 22.00-23.00.
Now in more detail by day.
1 day. Departure according to the schedule at 10.40. We crossed the border in 2 hours. Transfer to a hotel in Poland.
Day 2 The longest ride on the tour. Overview of Vienna and 1.5 hours of free time. Everyone spent their free time on lunch, Bill and a walk around the city. Transfer to Innsbruck, accommodation in a hotel.
Day 3 Overview of Innsbruck, excellent guide! ! ! For those who went to Kufstein 1 hour of free time, then transfer to Kufstein, sightseeing, schnapps tasting in the cellars of the fortress, free time and visit to Swarovski. They returned at 7:00 pm. After that, whoever had the strength left went to Innsbruck.
We did not go to Kufstein, we stayed in Innsbruck. We climbed on the lift, admired the beauties of the city, walked in the snow. GREAT! ! ! !
On this day was the EASTER holiday, and an Easter fair was held in Innsbruck.
We walked around the city, around the fair, tasted locally produced cheeses and sausages, went to a cafe where excellent live beer is brewed. Had a great time and just fell in love with Innsbruck! ! !
Day 4 Moving to Verona. Overview of the city and an hour and a half of free time. Moving to Rome.
Day 5 ROME! ! ! It is simply impossible to convey emotions in words, so there will be only facts!
Since we got almost on Easter, there were VERY many people. Our first tour was the Vatican. We stood in line for exactly 2 hours due to the huge number of pilgrims. We got to the Vatican only at 11.00. After the Vatican, many no longer had the strength! ! ! ! Everyone devoted their free time to lunch and buying souvenirs in a special “Papal Shop”, which the guide showed us. Great place to buy souvenirs for friends. Everything you buy there is packed in golden bags with the inscription "Vatikano". A very impressive gift! ! !
Then a pedestrian overview of the city from Plaza de Españ a to the Colosseum. After visiting the Forums and the Colosseum. At about 18.30-19.00 free time began.
We had grandiose plans, but we didn’t have the strength to implement them at all. Alas! ! ! We walked a bit near the Colosseum, went to supermarkets nearby and went to the hotel, where we had dinner on the balcony.
Day 6 Moving to Florence. The guide informs everyone who was going to the Uffizi Gallery that the elective will not take place, because there are a lot of applicants and you will have to stand in line for at least an hour and a half. Instead, they offered Pitti, but the group did not get enough.
In Florence, immediately after the survey, everyone was taken to Pisa and offered a choice of 2 hours of free time in Pisa or 1 hour in Pisa and 1 hour for evening Florence. Most chose free time in Pisa.
Florence enchanted with its beauty and it was a pity that so little time was in the city. Pleasantly surprised by Pisa!
I went there "for show", but the Square of Miracles simply conquered us ! ! ! ! Especially after the noisy and crowded Rome, she seemed so quiet and calm. In our free time, we had a snack, walked and bought souvenirs. Pisa has a huge souvenir market and prices are lower.
Transfer and accommodation in a hotel in Bologna.
Day 7 Moving to Venice. The tour guide was excellent and the tour itself was very enjoyable. Since this is not the first time in Venice, we did not go to the palace and did not ride the gondolas. We had our own program. We left Venice at about 7:00 pm. The total time was enough for everyone, even for those who took all the excursions.
Transfer and overnight in the Austrian Alps.
Day 8 Moving to Vienna. Those who wish went to the Treasury and palaces, and we just enjoyed the city, parks, cafes and coffee with cakes ! ! !
Transfer to Poland and overnight in the same hotel as the first night.
Day 9 Moving to Krakow. Quite a pretty town!
But after Rome and Florence, he was not perceived at all. 2 hours of free time and excursion to Wieliczka. We were very pleasantly surprised by Velichka! We didn't expect such beauty. We also bought a salt lamp for our home.
Day 10 The saddest day of the tour. Back to reality : (
The tour is VERY interesting, a lot of information. It is for those who want to see many cities in a short time and decide where they want to return next time, but for a long time. We have already decided! ! !
